The Urban Deck House is a contemporary 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, sleeps 8, home.  King size bed in primary bedroom with double jetted tub, and outdoor hot tub, and two more bedrooms makes for a great family or group setting in the middle of Historic Eureka Springs. Walking to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, everyone in your group will enjoy!

NOTE - The rate is based on 4 guests.  Additional guests are $25 per person per night. (Enter the number of guests and your quote will reflect that quantity in the total price).  Maximum of 8 Guests.

50% deposit due at time of booking, and the balance due will be processed automatically 30 days prior to arrival. (100% may be due at time of booking when using 3rd party booking agents and not directly through our website).

Pet Friendly – Direct approval required before booking. $50/pet/stay (2 pets maximum/60 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $150 plus the required pet fee.

The Urban Deck House is an upscale contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an urban coffee & wine theme.  The large open living, kitchen, and dining area looks out through a wall of glass to the deck and outdoor living space and a natural stone bluff. There are double patio doors that slide open which makes it seem like you are outdoors.  In the living room is a corner fireplace (seasonal) and a very large flat-screen TV with theater surround sound over the mantel.

This home provides everything for the gourmet chef, in the large kitchen, complete with granite countertops and glass tile backsplash.  It has all new stainless-steel appliances.  There is a counter height bar with stools for additional seating for 4 so the chef can converse with other guests while preparing meals.  The dining table has seating for 6 and there is service for up to 12 guests for entertaining. (Additional leaf available for expansion of the table, and two additional chairs.)

On one side of the home is the primary suite with a King size bed with memory foam mattress and ensuite private bath. This bath is like a trip to a spa with a double jetted tub for two, as well as a large walk-in shower, and to complete this oasis is a his and hers double vanity.  This suite also has a very large flat-screen TV and a sitting area.

The other side of the house has two more bedrooms.  The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with an additional bunk bed.  The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and a walk-in closet.  These two bedrooms have a full bath between them in the hall. Following the luxury of this home in this bath, it also has a beautiful tile walk-in shower and granite countertop vanity.  Behind double doors are the washer and dryer.

This home gets its name from the large deck for lots of outdoor living, yet you are in the city.  There is a natural gas grill on the deck. In the side yard, there is a smoker and also a fire pit with a rotisserie over it.  This area is perfect for sitting around a fire and roasting marshmallows.

The home has central heat and air conditioning for your year-round comfort.  

There is also plenty of private off-street parking here, so bring the whole family.  The driveway and parking are flat and large enough to accommodate boat or motorcycle trailers.

It is located just north of historic downtown Eureka Springs, so you will find it very convenient to walk to shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Eureka has to offer.

Guest Access:
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Historic Eureka Springs is a vibrant and friendly town with shopping, live music in the park (in season), Ghost Tours, Tram, Train and Trolley rides, restaurants, museums and historic buildings. Eureka Springs is also a great location for the avid Mountain Biking scene in the area. There are trails in and around Eureka Springs.

Downtown Eureka Springs is a Foodie paradise.  Wonderful restaurants are steps away, including Spring On Main, Rogue's Manor, The Grotto, Devito's, Nibbles, Local Flavor, and several others are steps away. Mud Street Cafe and Mud Street Annex are the perfect spots to have brunch and enjoy amazing coffee across the street.  The funnel cake stand is also directly below the entry stairs.

Nightlife is located on Spring Street and Main Street, steps from your front door. Dancing at Eureka Live, drinks at The Stone House, music at Chelsea's, and several other restaurants and bars are very close, so you will not need to use your vehicle at all if you are focused on a Downtown Eureka experience.

Getting Around:
There are taxis, Ubers, and trolleys to help you get around. However, this location makes walking to all of the downtown a breeze. You are in the heart of Eureka Springs Downtown area. The abundant parking is not found at most locations. The Urban Deck House has ample parking.

Other Things to Note:
Our dog rules are:
-Dogs are the only pet we allow at this location
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture, nor in the beds
-They must be on veterinarian-recommended flea and tick preventative
-Two dogs maximum allowed per rental
-Each dog must be under 60 pounds
-Dogs must be crated when left unattended
-The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay
-Please clean up after your dog, including any messes, shedding, or paw prints, inside and outside.

There is a $100 additional fee for any and each bathroom accident in the house.

    This was a great spot. We visit every year for the Bikes, Blues, and BBQ. This was close to town, so it was an easy walk. There was ample room for the trailer. We enjoyed the fire pit. Will definitely try and book this one again for next year. Everything was perfect.

    The house had more amenities then most VRBO's we have stayed out. The location was great, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable. The parking was excellent for what we needed, and we enjoyed the hot tub one evening. A couple of minor things need some attention(ie lgiht bulbs, wheels on the dishwasher rack) but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. This property would be nice for a small family retreat.

    We came to Eureka Springs to visit with my grandkids and see my oldest grandson graduate high school school. The house was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect! The house had everything we needed and More. We want to come again and rent the same house when we don’t have events to attend. It was such a lovely place and such a cute home. It was decorated perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. My favorite VRBO so far.

    Has to be one of, if not the nicest places in Eureka Springs. All things considered, location, parking, cleanliness, roominess, amenities, large kitchen, just comfortable in every way.     The house is in a great location, it's just a slow 10 minute walk to down town, with plenty of parking and room inside. We were very pleased with the quality and layout and really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. I over all it's a great house and we all enjoyed staying there.
