Modern Bentonville Home: Mountain Biker's Paradise

The kitchen was just perfect! All-Clad cookware was a very pleasant surprise! Everything in this home was high quality! I have traveled all over the world & stayed in expensive places that have the cheapest toilet paper, paper towels & kleenex. Plus cookware that you certainly can't cook eggs in. Everything in this house was just perfect. Beds were very comfortable and one of the pillows was comfortable with my bad neck! We will definitely stay there again. As far as location, we were able to walk to a number of our destinations.

Downtown Bentonville is an easy bike ride or car ride away and a great place to visit. Mountain bike trails were just as easy to access from this location. Loved having the garage/shed to lock the bikes in and bikes stands were provided in case I needed them. Lovely home! Would stay again when we return for more mountain biking.

Great location, wonderfully furnished kitchen, clean and good value. The only issue we can was the musty smell that was pretty bad when we arrived, better after airing out the place, but never went away. I assume this is a past issue as well because I noticed an ozone air purifier stored in the closet. Overall a gem except thr musty smell.

Our stay for a mountain biking weekend lived up to the name. The location was unbeatable as it was close to downtown, trails, and everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had a great modern vibe that made it easy to relax after long rides.The “bike garage” out back was a huge bonus. Super convenient for securing our bikes, with the option and tools to work on them as well. It’s clear the place was designed with riders in mind. My brother-in-law and I couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We definitely recommend this place!

Great place. Walked to downtown and our nightly hangout brewery. Easy ride to the trails as well. Bike shed was great. Had bike pump and stand for use. Will be back.

Loved the house. Perfectly decorated. Great kitchen. Bedrooms perfect and walk in shower for aunt. This was a perfect place to have my aunt go to museums then rest with my husband and I biked! We felt comfortable leaving her with no fear of falling. Really enjoyed orawlves. Thank you!

Perfect spot for our Girls Weekend. Great location to downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum and hikes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well situated and an easy walk to the historic square and Crystal Bridges Museum. The place was spotless and well maintained. Plush towels and comfortable mattresses were the best.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated home! Loved being able to get to downtown square so easily, we’ll be back!

Property was great, with all the amenities we could have wanted.

Overall great central location close to the trails and town.The main road was a bit noisy in the morning and the the bike garage was not secure for our bike storage. (Garage door did not lock).I would consider staying here again.

Wonderful!! Thank you host and management company for this wonderful property. Beautifully remodeled home. Designer tile choices in bathrooms and kitchen with up-to-date appliances and fixtures. Comfortable beds with tasteful modern furnishings. Was well thought out and has everything you need. It's in a great location. The only reason we did not walk to the town square is that one friend has mobility issues, but it took us maybe a minute to get there by car. My friends were also very impressed by this property and all of us had a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Bentonville!
