If making your own coffee or tea is not your thing, there are a ton of local coffee shops, all less than a mile away. If you are restaurant people like us, we are central to a ton of great restaurants in both downtown and the foothills. brbrThere are three bedrooms, two of them with kings beds and one with two twin beds. The primary bedroom is on one end of the house, while the other two bedrooms are on the other side. The primary bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom along with dressing room. The other two bedrooms share the bathroom off the main hallway. Casita B (850sf) is part of a 15 unit apartment complex where all units are situated around a saltwater pool. It has a fenced in yard for privacy and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit.
