Situated near the heart of downtown Tempe, Kirkland place is ideally located near ASU main campus and Sun Devil Stadium. A few minutes drive will take you to nearby Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Mesa, Sky Harbor Airport, and to multiple spring training venues. The Cubs Sloan Park is within 2 miles. Within a mile enjoy bike/walking paths and boat rentals at Town Lake, or the many shops and restaurants at Tempe Marketplace. The free Orbit shuttle is nearby, as well as the light rail within a few blocks.brbrThe unit set up includes a large master bedroom with an upholstered king bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Twin beds can be converted to 1 king to better accommodate couples for an additional fee. Please indicate preference at booking. brbrHall bathroom is attached to the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The large sectional sofa in the living room has a pull out full size bed and can accommodate 1-2 additional guests and has a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable. There is also an inflatable twin air mattress for use.
