Stayed Apr 1, 2026Loved the rental but there was a change of ownership / management and hosts were unreachable. I couldn’t access the full listing on the app and got no response from the host despite messaging and calling repeatedly. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with VRBO the day before the reservation to confirm we’d be able to check in without issue. Customer Service was very professional but they couldn’t reach the host either. It was stressful and frustrating.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026The property was lovely. When booking with Vrbo be warned that there’s sometimes their second party properties. This was one of them in Casago was not that easy to get a hold of. They were difficult to communicate with although in the end they did get back to me and everything was OK. It was just a little stressful in the beginning. Just be sure to check on Vrbo if there’s a second party, I had never experienced that before.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026Owner of the property changed from when I originally booked approximately one week before trip and the result was not receiving a email from new owners about checking in, house rules, or confirmation (from new owner as team I originally booked with said that reservation would keep) ahead of landing in Phoenix. Landing at 3:30 I had to frantically call as I still did not have check-in information (which was at 4PM). I did receive an email with information from the agent I talked with so we were able to access home at 4. The actual check-in email finally came from the new owners at approximately 6:30 the night of check-in.After that everything went smooth as communication increased and all the listed amenities were present and seemed to be in good condition.

Stayed Feb 19, 2026This was a great house. Amenities were great, nice location, house was super clean and had nice decor, bedding, kitchen necessities. The only thing that could be a little better is the kitchen table, it’s not comfortable to sit at.
