About 1 mile south of Downtown Old Town Scottsdale, we are in close proximity to restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, art district, fashion square and Scottsdale Stadium (Giants Spring Training). We are also a short distance from the Tempe/ASU area. We have large pool area with plenty of lounge space and a propane grill. This house is great for couples, families, and group trips. The house has modern updates and retains vintage Old Town Scottsdale style. Pool area has been updated and we have a patio space that includes plenty of seating. When you enter the home there is a large seating area with lazyboy chair, large sleeper sofa, and 2 seater couch with rocking lounge chairs. We have a 65 HDTV with YouTubeTV provided. The kitchen has large cabinets with plenty of space (stocked with plates, drinking cups, pots/pans, wine glasses, and utensils), a microwave, coffee maker (with filters), toaster, and blender. The kitchen table can comfortably seat 6 people and we have an additional bar level table that seats four in the living room area. The name on the application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all requirements have been fulfilled.br- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.br- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. br- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500. br- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. br- Please avoid moving furniture.br- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur. Disconnecting the pool vacuum will incur a $1500 fine. br- NEVER TAKE OUT OR UNPLUG THE WHITE HOSE IN THE POOL! The equipment will malfunction. If found unplugged our outside the pool, there is a penalty charge that starts at $800, depending on the level of damage.
