Stayed Apr 1, 2026Everything was seamless from checkin to checkout. The home was immaculate and very functional. The 3 young boys enjoyed the outdoor activities, especially being chased by the pool cleaner! One thought would be to have body lotion included with the bathroom amenities. Audio options might be to have Sonos bars and speakers for our music enjoyment, especially outside. Luckily, one of our family members brought a speaker.Overall it was a most enjoyable 5 nights and a great way to spend our 50th wedding anniversary with the family.Thank you for everything!

Stayed Apr 6, 2026One of the best properties we have ever reserved on VRBO. Highly recommend it for family and friends vacations. The pickle ball tournament was a hit. The outdoor kitchen was a perfect break from eating out. Centrally located in a really nice neighborhood and our host was very attentive.

Stayed Jan 14, 2026Amazing Family-Friendly Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly kid-friendly, with so many backyard activities to keep the little ones entertained for hours. From the play area to the open space for running around, it felt like a private playground. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making it easy for us to relax while the kids played. The pool and hot tub were wonderful along with the outdoor grill and covered seating/eating area. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We’re already talking about coming back—highly recommend for families!Brisa, the property manager, was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The charcuterie we received shortly after our arrival was such a nice surprise and made us feel so special.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025This house was fantastic! We were hosting two families with kids (9 people plus our family of 4). We had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space. The kids used almost everything. Arcade, pool, jacuzzi, basketball, soccer, playground, etc. Everyone raved about the home. So many thoughtful amenities. House was pristine and beautiful. And so close to Kierland. Highly highly recommend!!

Stayed Apr 1, 2024We had a family group of grandparents, parents and children ages 1 - 6 stay at this property for five nights. The home was large with plenty of room to spread out. The back yard was spectacular with a sparkling clean pool and hot tub. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature at no extra charge which was not the case for many other properties we looked at. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation, especially if you are traveling with children.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024We stayed a week as a family of 13 people ranging in age from 1-60. The home was perfect for family time! It was just as the pictures showed. It is very well stocked. There was not one thing we needed. The kids did not want to leave. There was so much to do at the house. The pool & backyard are wonderful. It is located very central to everything from grocery stores, retail, hiking, golf, just about anything. The property managing company through the whole process were very prompt in responding and helpful. Brisa who was our contact during our stay was wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend the Sweetwater Ranch and would love to return.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The reviews don’t lie. This is probably the best rental we have ever stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. The accommodations are beautiful, so spacious. The pool and spa were fantastic. As are the grounds. It’s the perfect place to relax and have fun with friends. They have every yard game imaginable. We were a group of adults, but I imagine if you brought your children it would be impossible to get them to come in from the yard :). The host and property manager communicated very well and we had zero issues for our visit. We came for spring training and the location wash great, an easy ride to the stadiums. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
