The entertaining backyard and private heated pool are the highlight of the property (POOL CAN BE HEATED OR COOLED FOR $25 A DAY- FEE SENT SEPARATELY ). The hot tub is complimentary heated to 100 degrees. Everything in the home has been updated and includes a master bed with a master bath. There are Smart TV's located in the living room and master bedroom and include some apps. No pets allowed on any furniture or bedding inside the home at any times. brbrAny tampering or covering of any of the outside security cameras will result in immediate removal from property without a refund. brbrAlso any violation of smoking in home will result in fine of $1000 well as paying for smoke reediation company to clean and plus other damages incurred. A fine of 200$ will apply if it is found missing after your stay. brbrTo maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 85 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat.brDeviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.brbrIf you are gone for extended periods of time we ask that you please set the thermostat to 77 degrees or off.
