Welcome to the Peoria Pool House in Peoria AZ where 2 lion statues will greet you at the front door. There is a huge heated diving pool (extra charge in winter months for pool heat) and a second play pool with a water fountain that is not heated. There is a small lazy river for the littles. This home is child friendly but we do not have a pool fence so littles must be monitored or use the high door locks to insure they don’t wander out. There is also an alarm chirp you may turn on to sound if any door is opened. br Events are allowed with an extra charge and a refundable deposit for grounds cleaning specifically for parties. City of Peoria noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
