Modern Cactus - Heated Pool and Hot Tub

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would happily give this property 5 stars across the board. The home is stunning, and the photos are a true representation of what you can expect on arrival. Everything has been finished to a very high standard and it was clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The amenities were excellent, with plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the home. The pool area was a real highlight – beautifully designed, well maintained, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location was convenient, situated in a residential area while still being close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. There was ample parking, which made coming and going incredibly easy. The host was incredible throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from booking through to check-out, and any questions we had were answered promptly and helpfully. It made the whole experience completely stress-free.The quality of the furnishings, equipment, and overall presentation was outstanding. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is definitely one of the best. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would love to return in the future.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and nice place. Will definitely stay again there.

The house and pool were perfect. Everything was clean and just as advertised.

Everything was as expected! Host was very communicative and kind. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for our kids. Our family spent most of our time in the backyard - wonderful covered patio with ceiling fans, great seating area, dining table, and huge T.V. The location is close to EVERYTHING (shopping, zoo, hiking, restaurants, etc.)...We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week at the property and enjoyed it! Great place, perfect size and value for a family. Really well stocked with everything you need and even some things you thought you didn't!

Everything was as described. The host was very responsive.

What an incredible property! Super clean!!! Has everything you could need.

The place was gorgeous and the host was responsive to my questions and in contact when we had our flight delay and cancellation....

The house was beautiful. so many details were thought of and we would absolutely stay again! Our host Shawna was so attentive and kind!!

The house was great. Perfect for a family getaway. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and helped out quickly with a couple of small things. The back yard was awesome to just hang out, relax and enjoy a beverage by the pool. Would recommend this place and the manager for sure!

Everything was perfect

Perfect location and the house was perfect the host was great

Great location! Clean and cozy house. The pool is awesome!

This was the perfect house for my family. It was very clean and they provided every type of cleaning supplies you can think of. Also provided was laundry soap, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, spices, plastic forks, paper plates, napkins, paper towel, toilet paper and more. I’ve never stayed in a rental where the host was so thoughtful. My kids spent most of their time outside and off of devices! They played a lot of checkers and Jenga. The backyard was beautiful. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and was perfect for watching March Madness. It’s in a great location with a lot of restaurant and shopping options. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved, loved this house. kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, the house was surprisingly bigger then it looked in the pictures. We loved the pool, hottub, and outside tv. Beds and blankets were perfect. The gift basket with little treats and a bottle of wine was a great surprise!

We had a wonderful stay at A Modern Cactus in Peoria, AZ over the Christmas holiday! Communication with Shawna and Karen was A. The place was impeccably clean, classy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space, complete with a pool and spa, was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfy, making for a restful and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

2nd stay here and very nice and well equipped for a longer stay (9 days)Might be time for a new couch but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

We have been doing this trip with my friends for years and this is by far the best place we have stayed at.

This property was perfect and great for the entire family. The property manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. We all definitely be returning

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We loved the house and the communication from the property manager. Everything went very smooth from beginning to end.

My wife and I have stayed in other VRBO properties and this was the most enjoyable of them all. Shawna the co-host and Karen the owner were very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. They genuinely want you to enjoy the property and willing to help you with any questions or needs. The property itself was clean well kept and had anything and everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Comfortable home with wonderful back yard
