Please make payment if you need a heated pool. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 80-84 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. Heated pool is priced keeping view that pool will be covered with pool solar cover during your stay.brUnheated pool, SPA and Jakuzi are not available for guests to use from October 1 to May 31 every year. Please make a payment $250 per night for heated pool/heated SPA. Please don’t use or uncover the pool if you did not pay. brPlease keep the pool covered with solar cover during winter. Price of the heated pool is calculated so that it will be covered.brPlease contact the owner how to operate the pool. Smartphones will be provided to operate the heated pool. brThe pool water features and jet requires additional pumps to operate. Please do not run it during wintertime as it will cool down the water. brPlease run jets/pool lights/water features for more than 1 hour a day.
