Guests can hike into Tonto National Forest right out the back door of their cabin or there are several designated trailheads in the area. For the consideration of other guests on the property we have implemented a sound ordinance between the hours of 11 pm and 9 am.br7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Find yourself in cool mountain air surrounded by pines in just a quick 1.5 hour drive from the valley of the sun.brPlease Note: There is a three night minimum on holidays. brbrGuest accessbrWe have a game room and small playground on-site. Guests can hike into Tonto National Forest right out the back door of their cabin or there are several designated trailheads in the area. Creeks and lakes are accessible in the surrounding areas as well. brbrOther things to notebrCabins are completely furnished. Each cabin has a bedroom, and a loft with made beds, full bath with towels provided. Living area completed with Wifi access (Password will be provided upon check in), a flat screen tv connected to satellite (please note satellite may lose signal during inclement weather), window a/c, heat. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove top range (no oven), microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes including: pots, pans, plates, cups, saucers, bowls, and silverware. brbr1. Forest fires are a great danger to our area, please follow all forest fire protocols and burn day restrictions. brVisit Tonto National Forest for more information.brViolation of these fire restrictions is punishable by a fine of up to $5,000 and imprisonment for up to six months. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.brOnsite parking limited. Absolutely NO smoking inside of the Cabins. brDesignated smoking areas available on back patio and front porch. Please do not leave doors or windows open at anytime while smoking. Please discard of cigarette butts and ashes in the ashtrays provided.brWe ask that if you venture off property into the Mountains behind our property that you kindly leave lighters/matches and cigarettes behind, to prevent the possibility of any forest fires starting. br4. Parties and events are allowed on a case by case basis, please inquire ahead.br5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.br6. For the consideration of other guests on the property we have implemented a sound ordinance between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am.br7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room, common living area or outdoors.br8. Dispose of garbage in the trash bin.br9. Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.br10. Dogs are allowed. Guests will be charged a pet fee per day per dog. You are expected and required to dispose of your pet's waste and keep your dog on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended in the cabin. All pet owners must bring their own furniture covers (i.e: sheets or blankets brought from home) if you wish to allow your pets on the furniture including beds. br11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. br12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to vrbo.br13. Super friendly and safe neighborhood, lots of ATV and walking paths. We welcome our guests to 2 cozy bedrooms and a clean, beautifully decorated bathroom. Both beds have SUPER SOFT sheets and pillowcases. :) A water Well is on the premises. Large porch w/ propane blue glass firepit and a propane BBQ. Tables and chairs for outside eating as well. Large front porch has 3 stairs going up. There is a railing on both sides to hold onto and a Watch Your Step sign for your safety. The yard is over 1/3 of an acre, ALL fenced in w/ grass (in the Summer and then leaves and sometimes snow in the winter). Your dogs will LOVE it as much as YOU do! :)brbrRelax in our nice living room with reclining couches, SUPER SOFT throw blankets, and an electric fireplace/heater to curl up to, a 65 Sony TV. Amazon Firestick TV is there for your streaming/watching pleasure. Wi-fi is hooked up and works good. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a microwave, and an air fryer. A washer and dryer have their own space next to the kitchen. Fire alarms in ALL rooms and tested regularly. All living amenities available for you and your family! Our living room & kitchen areas are newly floored with beautiful wood and new carpet in both bedrooms. All newly painted and decorated. Clean. We are 4 miles from the local corner store/grill. Beautiful drive from freeway to home with pullovers for viewing. The cabin was completely renovated in 2011 with a strong feeling of the old west.The large stone fireplace along with propane heat keep the cabin warm and cozy. The spacious upstairs loft features queen size and full size beds. There is one single rollaway available for extra sleeping downstairs. Kids love the separate bunk house out back. Kitchen has all the features of a modern home with a dinning table and bar. Bathroom has a shower/vintage claw foot tub combo along with a washer and dryer. All towels, linens and paper products are provided. There is a covered wrap around porch that features views of Myrtle Point, gorgeous pine, juniper and oak trees. Renters can relax around the table on the porch which has plenty of room to enjoy an outside meal. A year round spring attracts wildlife with frequent viewings of elk and turkey. We encourage you to bring your horses -- the riding is fantastic in the Tonto National Forest, which is right through the back gate. There are two 12x12 clean horse pens. Water provided. Renters are responsible for their horses feed and vet supplies. brWe do not allow ATVs on the property except during hunting seasons. There is a 4 adult limit.
