Create memories with your friends and family while sitting (napping ) on the deck as the water bubbles by. If you prefer to move around, there are many hiking trails outside the cabin door, also a short 15-20 minute walk to local restaurants. brbrThis double A frame cabin has one bedroom on the main floor with a full-size bed and a set of bunk beds. The TV room has a pull-out couch, the loft upstairs has a Queen. Two adorable bathrooms with claw foot bath tubs for leisurely soaks, (one has a shower). Towels and sheets are provided.brbrKitchen is stocked with pots, pans, blender, waffle maker, coffee and tea provided, basic spices and condiments.brbrThere are two sitting areas on either side of the house allowing separate time for kids and adults; the yard is fenced, dogs (maximum 2) under 30 lbs. each permitted. The fence is pretty short in some area's (~30) which should be taken into consideration.brbrThe temperature can fluctuate during the day in the summer months. We have two split unit HVAC units if it gets warmer in the afternoons. For cooler weather, the same units provide heat.br brYour children are welcome, please note the deck and spiral staircase to the loft have open railings and are not child-proof.brbrWe offer WiFi, the TV is available to play DVD's with a small selection provided, or rental options available in the supermarkets in Payson. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove top range (no oven), microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes including: pots, pans, plates, cups, saucers, bowls, and silverware. brbr1. Absolutely NO smoking inside of the Cabins. brDesignated smoking areas available on back patio and front porch. Please do not leave doors or windows open at anytime while smoking. Please discard of cigarette butts and ashes in the ashtrays provided.brWe ask that if you venture off property into the Mountains behind our property that you kindly leave lighters/matches and cigarettes behind, to prevent the possibility of any forest fires starting. br4. Parties and events are allowed on a case by case basis, please inquire ahead.br5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.br6. For the consideration of other guests on the property we have implemented a sound ordinance between the hours of 9pm and 9 am.br7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or common living area.br8. Dispose of garbage in the trash bin.br9. Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.br10. Dogs are allowed. Guests will be charged a pet fee per day per dog. You are expected and required to dispose of your pet's waste and keep your dog on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended in the cabin. All pet owners must bring their own furniture covers (i.e: sheets or blankets brought from home) if you wish to allow your pets on the furniture including beds. br11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. br12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to vrbo.br13. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.br14. Check out is no later than 11 am.br15. Rental agreement must be agreed to and signed.
