We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.brbr2. Occupancy is limited to the total number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.brbr3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, while this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.brbr4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will result in a fee and removal from the property without refund.brbr5. Pets are permitted upon approval from host and with an additional fee.brbr6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such cases.brbr7. We understand accidents may occur, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.brbr8. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home.brbr9.
