Hot Tub & Mtn Views! Family Getaway in Mesa

The pool and hot tub were cold when we arrived but we were able to get them up to temp by the 2nd day of stay. This may be just to conserve electricity so we can understand that. Check in process was easy. House is very nice but the furniture in the living room particularly the sofabed was a little run down and could stand to be replaced. Couldnt get the TV to work without using an extension cord and one of the lights was missing a lightbulb in living room so couldnt use it. Many of the blinds on the windows couldnt be opened or closed easily due to missing parts. These were all fairly minor things and didnt stop us from enjoying our stay we just wanted to make suggestions to help improve the property for future guests.

This home was just perfect for us. Located just a few short minutes away from our family in Mesa. If we ever do another group visit, we're staying here!

The house is beautiful, but unfortunately the house was not clean. The floors were dirty, windows were gross, fridge had sticky stuff on it. Outside the grills look like they have never been cleaned, and they were full of debris. The pool was fine and the house was is beautiful and very nice location. Unfortunately we had no power for almost 3 days and had to cancel our plans on Friday, as I have 2 teenage daughters and they were not going anywhere without hot water. So overall I would not ever come back to this place.

Absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom home with pool and hot tub! Lots of space for family to spread out. Nice quiet residential area in gated community. Near restaurants, grocery store and things to do.First time visitors to Mesa - came to see Cubs spring training and will definitely be back!

Very nice place in a quiet subdivision. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and the check in/check out process was very easy. Only thing we noticed is that the floors were quite dirty. Noticed our son’s clothes and hands were dirty after crawling around for a couple of minutes. Other than that the place was amazing.

Nice, large home in a lovely neighborhood. However, there was something wrong with the water lines and we continually experienced banging and rattling of water pipes behind the refrigerator and under the kitchen sink. A plumber was called but never showed up.While the family room furniture is nice, it is not very comfortable.There were many items we would have expected to be provided that were not such as dishwasher pods, extra paper towels, foil, baggies, waste baskets in every bathroom, a pen and scratch pad, dish cloths. The rugs in the master bedroom were filthy and I had to wash them before using.There are no TVs in the upstairs bedrooms or in any of the sitting areas except for the living room.The downstairs thermostat doesn't work.For the price we paid, I was not impressed.

We loved the clean, well-appointed home. Everything was in place. Usenet Pass park was within easy distance.

Great location for us since most of our activities were based in Mesa. Was disappointed that the pool heater was not working at the time. Otherwise nice property.

I rented the space for the weekend for my daughters and their friends. They had a great time very comfortable beds very large lots of amenities. I definitely recommend great getaway.

We had a great visit to Mesa. I would stay at this house again. Easy to get where we needed to go and the whole family was very comfortable.

Property was comfortable and well appointed. Property manager was responsive.
