The master bedroom is spacious and opens onto the north facing deck overlooking the desert open space and the McDowell Mountains in the background. The living room also opens to this deck and includes a fireplace for chilly winter nights. The den is open to the dining and living area and is great for watching television or reading a book. The kitchen was upgraded in style with quality appliances and granite counters. The washer and dryer is in a closet off the kitchen which also has an eating area. The deck off of this area faces Red Mountain and more desert open spaces and has an outdoor table and umbrella that seats 6.brA single car garage may be provided.brbrThe whole condo is available, along with the views, at no extra charge. The pool and mailbox are available with a key, subject to pool rules. The single car garage is available and won`t fit larger vehicles like a Suburban.brbrI live in Montana, so our contact most often is by phone. We all seem to know the dog`s names more than the owner`s at times. brA guest registration form is required along with a $25 HOA fee to be filled out in case of emergency and forwarded to HOA. brA pet fee of $110 is required for all non-service animal dogs.
