A faux grassy play area, built-in propane Bar B-Que with hot plate burners and prep area, meditation pond with waterfall and propane fire pit with semi circular seating for evening enjoyment and marshmallow roasts. The acre plus lot affords residents optimal privacy and plenty of parking without the seclusion of out of town suburban properties and dusty dirt roads. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment and shopping all in close proximity (5-20 minutes) with outdoor recreation opportunities all around in desert and mountain hiking, horseback riding facilities, lakes and rivers, quadding experiences, outstanding golfing opportunities, equestrian, canine, car and RV shows at the event complex at Westworld, zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, aquariums, music museum, butterfly pavilion, Legoland, several casinos and so much more.
