McDonald's condominium is located on the 1st floor within the beautiful and quiet community of Colony Club at Drakes Landing in Gulf Shores, which is close to Craft Farms Golf Course, Pelican Place Shopping Center and the Pinnacle Theater. The SportsPlex Center is just across Highway 59 on Oak Road and it's very near where the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo has relocated in March 2020. (The Little Zoo that Could) brbrThis is a 3-bedroom condominium with 2 full bathrooms. There is also a large porch area that is very comfortable even during the warmer months when sitting outside relaxing and enjoying the fresh air.brbrThere are two TVs and two DVDs, along with a fully-equipped kitchen. It also has a full-size washer and dryer. brbrThe master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with very comfortable bedding , a TV and DVD and plenty of closet space for your private things, along with its own private bathroom. An ironing board and iron are furnished as well.brbrThe second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed also and has a door leading to the porch area. All of the bedding is very comfortable. Bed linens and bath towels are furnished. Please bring your own beach towels. brbrColony Club has a very nice pool, hot tub and workout area for our guests. We have a tennis court/pickleball court for your use and also a great barbecue area near our condo building.brbrThe dining room consists of seating for 6 to 8 people. And the living room area is equipped with a TV and DVD and plenty of seating for the whole family. There are doors that lead to the inviting patio area for relaxing outside in the gulf breeze.brbrWe have another 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Colony Club. # 2207965 has recently been painted and updated and is located on the 2nd floor and has a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. brThe 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, along with a twin-size bed/window seat. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen-size bed. All bedding is very comfy and the condo is fully furnished with linens and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped as well. brThe rates are the same for both condos and we welcome your reservations for either one!! Beginning May 20, 2024, there is a $25 parking fee per vehicle with a 2-vehicle limit per unit.
