It is on a quieter part of the beach, away from the congestion of the high rise condos, yet close enough to all of the amenities that everyone in the family will enjoy, from the youngest to the oldest - NO pets allowed. The Beach Front is a low density, beach-front complex with only 36 units in 2 buildings. It features 4 charcoal grills for bar-b-que fans, 4 picnic tables, a covered gazebo & direct beach access. Parking is on ground level below the condo. Only 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle are allowed. The 1st vehicle must pull up as far as possible in assigned parking cubby, the 2nd vehicle must pull up closely behind the 1st vehicle and cannot stick out past the overhead walkway.brbrUnit 602 Features: brThis 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the lower level of the West building with just one flight of stairs to beach access.
