BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes maximum available for purchase on site. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    I was sent three messages with an access code that did not work so I had to call the office and get a new access code. You should really stock beach towels/beach chairs/cooler/water bottles. A lot of other rentals I’ve stayed in have those amenities and it really makes it easier, especially when people fly in and can’t pack those types of items. The King dad and the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. We loved it.

    This condo is great! We were not disapponted with anything. The outdoor facilities are wonderful also. We would definitively stay here again. Pools, hot tubs and beach area are beautiful. The view from the condo is amazing. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our family had an amazing and relaxing week.

    Loved the view. One of the chairs was broken and water pressure in master bedroom shower was very poor. Unit was clean and well stocked. We had difficulty with tv controls and had excellent support in fixing.

    Nice condo with the exception loud hvac, construction noise, recliner needs replaced. Needs cushions on dining chairs. Ice trays would be nice to have.

    The property Was exactly as it is shown in pictures. Absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and just perfect for our family of five. Incredibly easy access to the Beach and pool. Definitely would stay again!

    Overall, the condo was clean, decorated well and in a good location. We have stayed at the light house 4 summers now and like the location and what it offers. As far as this condo, it needs a few new things. The master dresser drawers do not stay on the tracks. Seems old and needs to be replaced. We had to keep our clothes in our bags for the week. The living room recliner needs to be replaced with an updated one. It felt like it was going to break every time you tried to lean back. If these things were updated, we would use this same condo next summer.

    I was disappointed in our stay. The property ( room) was not cleaned as the website said it would be. There was hair all over the kitchen and in the bathrooms upon our arrival . The icemaker in the freezer did not work. The two showers had very little water pressure and did not get very hot. We even called the room to be serviced, and after the servicemen left the room, he said the problems would be fixed. They were not. The light under the microwave did not work. The fridge was took a very long time to cool down the food. There were cockroaches by the pools at night time. The room was very outdated compared to our friends room that stayed there as well. Vacuum needs to be replaced. Recliner was broken. Just overall disappointed. Probably would not go back.
