BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available for purchase on site. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The property was great! Very clean. The fridge was already on when we arrived. This is a major plus for me because we arrive with cold stuff. The third floor is where it is at. You park right outside the room and no wait time for the elevator.

    The view was breathtaking. We spent more time on the balcony than I ever thought we would. The location was perfect. Parking was right in front of unit. The space was beautiful and relaxing , the facilities were 5 star. I was afraid it would feel crowded since we are visiting during peak tourist season but it never did.

    This was a great place to stay. The condo itself was very nice, had great access to parking and of course, the view!The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything. No spices of any kind are there, as expected, so BYO. The 3rd bedroom is very small, so only small kids will fit in these bunk beds. It’s on the 3rd floor and the parking is right outside the door. Meaning, no waiting on the elevators! The pools are really nice there, one I would say for kids and toddlers with the zero entry and gradually goes to maybe 4’. The other pool is equally as nice, just not the super shallow end. 2 hot tubs as well. The condo wasn’t clutter with unnecessary decorations, that I prefer, so plenty of counter space and all. This is an FYI, not a complaint - you will need all paper products. One roll of TP in each bathroom only, no tissues, one roll of paper towels, one pack of detergent, one dishwasher soap and one small bottle of dish soap provided. 2 trash bags provided. There were also no hangers. Not complaining, just filling you in on what you’ll need. We drove, so we prepared for that, we bought hangers at Dollar General. Lots of restaurants near by, a few walking, but most driving to Orange Beach, 10 minutes or in our area. Our balcony over looked the pool, and the condo is very sound proof, so noise didn’t bother us. It’s a great location and great unit. I would rent it again!!

    Our Condo was great and I loved how we could park right in front of our Condo. The only thing that I would recommend would be to update a few things, such as carpet in bedrooms. The stove (the eyes on the stove are not level) And pots and pans (non-stick would be great) But those are small improvements. The condo is very nice and plenty of room for 5 adults. The beds are comfortable and it is close to everything. Staff is awesome. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for A Great Vacation ❣️

    Love the Ligthhouse. This unit is convenient. You can park right outside the front door for loading and unloading. No elevator wait.
