Stayed Oct 19, 2025The condo was great! It was by far the cleanest, nicest condo we've ever stayed in down in Gulf Shores. Communications were also fantastic. All questions were answered in advance with so many informative email communications. We had a great experience. We'll be looking to possibly book through Beachball again in the Spring when we return to the beach.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This condo is right on the beach with amazing views! Despite it being a larger condo building, it was quiet. We never heard our neighbors. It is located just far enough away from the busy downtown area, yet close enough to everything. We really had a nice time and enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The condo was lovely and decorated with all things beachy. We didn’t use the kitchen since we were there such a short time but it had everything you could possibly need. I have no complaints just observations, the bed and the couch are noisy when you get up from them and the lounge chairs on the balcony have a bit of wear and tear. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024We've stayed in quite a few condos over the years, and this condo was absolutely just what we wanted. The layout was excellent. The furnishings comfortable and eye-appealing. This condo had all that we needed to provide a fantastic stay. The view from the balcony was excellent. We could see dolphins playing right in front of our eyes. The kitchen was well-laid out. It was easy to get onto the beach, and the elevator was working well. It was quiet and relaxing; clean and lovely, and I am missing it already.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024Condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were great; unit had all kitchen essentials you need. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We never had an issue or inconvenience the entire time. The staff on site were friendly too. Only thing I would change is porch chairs need updated and pool chairs need cleaned. Also if you want ice buy some because ice maker little slow. We will be back.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024My husband and 2 boys had a wonderful stay for our anniversary week. Parking was easy, elevators were quick and the property is well maintained. The beach and pool entrances are gated which is a plus. Beach is clean and beautiful with lots of shells to find. The outdoor area of the pool is mostly shaded after morning, the kids loved swimming in and out to the indoor pool area. We really enjoyed our balcony view and all the space we had inside the condo. The master bed is noisy when climbing in/out or moving around, but the beds and furniture are comfortable. Master toilet seat needs replaced and the shower head could use an upgrade. Only other complaint is the front door does not have a deadbolt or security lock. The property manager was easy to reach and very friendly/helpful when we had one small issue which they quickly resolved for us. Overall highly recommend!
