The large yard is fenced in and friendly for kids and pets. There is a firepit with wood provided. The roomy bright kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The house is centrally located a short drive to the beach and the docks. Smart TV with Roku and Wi-fi are included. We are a short walk from several restaurants, espresso/coffee, tavern and grocery store. brbrThe home offers a spacious kitchen and is well supplied with updated appliances and all the cookware and gadgets you'd find at home - possibly even more!brbrThe living room features a ROKU SMART TV with 70 channels provided on YouTube TV. Use your Amazon or Netflix account, DVD player, two comfortable recliners and loveseat. There is a selection of DVDs, books and games. A strong Comcast internet connection is also provided.brbrBoth bedrooms have queen size mattresses. The mattresses and linens are of nice quality.
