Though it is not fenced the new backyard patio and gazebo area provides plenty of privacy in this little sanctuary with soft seating and entertainment space (to be completed Nov 1st). Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is a large family friendly space, one block away from Trader Joes and Safeway in Queen Anne, a short 5 minute walk away from Kerry Park. Enjoy a large modern kitchen, two outdoor patios, and easy access to restaurants and the city center. This is our family home, not a permanent rental, so you will find some of our personal touches here and there and we ask you to be respectful of off-limits areas.brbrDownstairs is the main living room, dining room, kitchen, and piano room. There is a full bath on the main floor and one small bedroom (#4) with a twin bed. Upstairs are bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Bedroom one is the primary suite with private full bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to another full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a split king bed (two twins pushed together), Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, and Bedroom 3 is a home office with a sleeper couch. We put a mattress topper on it and it's quite comfortable as a twin bed.
