There are other homes in our area that accommodate more than 10 people***brbrPrivate beach access is less than 200 feet from Salt Aire's back door! 2026 updates include main level composite decking, basement paint, carpet, and flooring in main floor bedrooms.brbrSalt Aire's main floor has 3 large bedrooms (two with queen beds, another with king bed), main floor 3/4 bath (no tub) and ensuite with shower/tub combo in the king room. Two bedrooms face east to give you fabulous sunrises while the third bedroom has a partial ocean view. The king bedroom also has an east-facing deck and laundry room. New flooring was installed in all main floor bedrooms in March 2026.brbrA spacious family/living room with a wood stove will keep you cozy on cool nights. Tall windows provide lots of natural light and ocean views. A 50 Smart TV with blu-ray player and a great selection of DVDs will make you feel at home.brbrOff the family room is a large kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The cupboards are well-stocked with serve- and bakeware. Other items of note are a drip coffeemaker, Keurig, waffle maker, slow cooker, pizza pan, roasting oven (counter-top), and Brita water filtration. A large kitchen table with two stored leaves for easy expansion has 6 chairs and a dining bench to provide ample seating to watch the waves roll in. There are also two stools at the the counter. Off the kitchen is a large deck with picnic table, outdoor seating and a grill (bring your own charcoal!).brbrThe staircases at the front door will take you up to the master or down to the basement. The basement is about 900 square feet with a 5th bedroom (queen bed) and a 3/4 bathroom (no tub). There is also a second family room with TV and laundry for your convenience. The basement was freshly painted in March 2026 and new carpet was installed in basement and both staircases. brbrThe master suite is amazing providing over 700 sq ft of space with a king size bed and sitting area. Large windows and a vaulted ceiling provide tons of natural light and stunning views of the mighty Pacific Ocean where you can watch the waves crash on the beach. Access to the upper deck is off the sitting area and on a clear day you can see Ocean Shores due north. The ensuite has double sinks, a shower, and a Jacuzzi bathtub for the ultimate in relaxation. brbrSalt Aire has Wi-Fi for your convenience. A local phone line is provided as well. We've stocked the house with books, movies and games as well as a pack and play and highchair for our youngest of guests. There are two hair dryers as well (one on the main floor, one in the master). Use of the garages is not included in the rental. The home is not handicap accessible, but once up the initial flight of stairs into the home all living can be done on the main floor.

Each features a quality mattress and linens on the queen-sized beds. A full bathroom with tub/shower is on the main level. A second bath is also on the main level. This has a half bath inside and access to our private outdoor shower with hot/cold water (very refreshing!). brbrLet the dog in or out directly from a side door leading to the fenced dog area - very convenient arrangement!brbrUpstairs Loft Area:brbrIn the loft area you will find 3 twin beds, again with qaulity mattresses and bed linens. There is a kid's area with bean bag chairs and games. Next to the loft area is the media room. The large ground level deck offers a conversation area, dining for guests with quality furnishings, buffet counter, a charcoal grill and sandbox with toys for the young ones. A hammock sits just off the deck in the garden area. There are multiple locations to grab a book and relax outside.brbrFrom the main deck you take a short stroll to the fire pit area. The sunset views are amazing - watch from either floor, both decks and from the king-sized master bed.brbrBesides the ocean views, this home offers a unique east view of the hillside, the locally known four windmills and fantastic sunrises. There are few properties in the area which offer this quality of both sunrise and sunset views.brbrThe towering views in all directions are truly unique and will help make your vacation memorable. Every room in the house has a view. There are no Bob Uecker seats here!brbrWe could go on and on about the views - BUT now on to the house itself! This a 2 level, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. The base rate includes 6 guests, with a maximum of 8 guests total. The pictured garage is not part of the rental space.brbrThe main floor living area -brbr- Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen: double oven, full sized refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, microwave and double sink. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots/pans, knives, dishes, glassware and all the kitchen gadgets you'd find at home. Really, just the food is missing (we do have a nice variety of spices though).brbr- Continuing on the main floor is the ocean view dining room table which seats 8 people. The living room has quality furnishings and a flat panel Smart TV (use your Netflix, Amazon or other streaming apps) and YouTube TV for live/local TV. The soothing electric fireplace is a nice feature for your evenings at the home.brbr- On the main floor is an oceanfront wrap-around porch which leads to the larger deck space. The deck offers a grill, conversation area and ample oceanside seating. Grilling outdoors while conversing with family/friends with an amazing ocean view is how memories are made. We have a gated enclosed outdoor dog run and the main floor deck is gated to keep the 4 legged ones contained. The pet fee is $25 for 1 or 2 dogs.
