Vintage RV Trailer in Excellent Condition. Rare 33 ft 1980 Boles Aero. 15 min. walk or drive to 18 miles of beautiful beach. Fully covered next to a large private grassy area for relaxing. Fire pit for fireside chats. 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Great weekend get away or stay longer. Host lives close for quick responses. Local excursions, clamming, fishing, wineries, hiking, bicycling, casinos, restaurants, and hanging out at the beach. Please review the entire listing prior to booking. >
Camping in an RV is not the same as a home. There is a full shower, but the hot water tank is small so showers are short.

The RV toilet is not a regular house toilet. It uses very little water, so limiting the amount of toilet paper and adding more water is necessary. Welcome to camping.

There are neighbors close by. Some are other vacation rental guests and others are full timers. The property is a small quiet mobile home park with larger than normal out door spaces for each property. The property is secluded once you drive into it from the highway.

There is wetland behind the trailer that will have frogs and other wildlife at certain times of the year. It can be deep during the rainy season so kids need to be supervised.

Guests have access to 100% of the property. There is plenty of space for parking on the road in front of the trailer. Please do not drive on the grass.

Onsite hosts will check in all guests when possible. They will be available, but will not be socializing with guests.

Very close to the beach and all of the great things Grayland offers. 8 miles to Westport. 8 miles to Tokeland casinos and the fabulous Tokeland Hotel. A short walk to the beach for clam digging and relaxing. The spot is in a small mobile home park with 9 others.

The bus runs on State Route 105 regularly.

Please use the following address to drive to the trailer. The app send guests to Glenn street which is incorrect.

1560 State Route 105 #12

Grayland. You will see my sign with a cartoon vintage trailer at the entrance. Turn in and go down the little hill. You will see it on the left side. Looking forward to hosting you.

The onsite host likes to check in the guests so we appreciate it if you can plan to arrive between 4- 6 PM. It is not mandatory, just appreciated. Self check in is also available.

Shana's converted camp trailer was a fun 6 day stay. The living room couch was so relaxing, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Reminded us of our camping days with our campers over the years all over the country. Thank you Shana for being so helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Super cute vintage trailer in a quiet and very clean park. Shana was great with communication and so nice! Location was close to beaches and Westport, we loved being able to walk to the mini Mart right down the street. Would definitely stay again and hopefully we will!

Great host, amazing communicator, very kind. Pros: The trailer is very cute - nicely decorated, was clean except for hair in shower which is why I gave 3 stars. Cons: The inside is very humid - our sheets felt damp, the cleaner forgot to pump the tanks so our last day the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower wouldn't drain, the shower has about 3 min of hot water (I need more and was healing from a medical condition and really wanted a hot shower), the location is in a RV/trailer park.

Great location, comfortable, clean, easy to access and just all around charming with the decor. Everything was listed accurately, communication was great, was everything we could expect and just what we needed for a great beach weekend!

The vintage trailer is in a quiet location in Grayland. We stayed there as a midway point between Lake Quinalt and Astoria, OR. The trailer is cozy. It was suitable for a short stay.

We enjoyed the quietness of the place. Everything was clean. The host was great and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and activities.

We enjoyed our stay, the trailer was a little smaller than we imagined , however, it was just the two of us for two nights and was very cosy.

This little beach bungalow was perfect (for one or two). All the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice ambience and outdoor space as well. The bed was very comfortable, full bathroom and shower, a nice sized frig, lots of dishes, and a television if you can’t glamp without one! Close to the beach and other local attractions! Immediate welcome from the caretaker and owner. I would definitely recommend this location and plan to return!
