The property has a large lockable yard and welcomes well behaved pets. brbrFor year round comfort, the house has a split system unit for heating and cooling, a gas heater as well as column heaters and fans in the bedrooms. There are board games, PlayStation 2 with games, Netlix, WIFI, cricket bats, soccer balls and various other toys to entertain all age groups. brbrThe full well equipped kitchen includes extras such as a sandwich press, wok and electric blender. The sheltered outdoor deck next to the kitchen has a full size gas BBQ.brbrThe large backyard is ideal for pets or kids to play or to just relax in . It is fully fenced and can be securely locked. There is a very large shade sail with a second outdoor table setting. brbrWhen staying at Sunset Retreat, enjoy early morning or evening walks along the beach, accessible from the beach entrance at the end of the street. No need to hop in the car to visit the beach, just turn right out of the front gate and walk to the end of the street to the beach entrance. Dawn Cafe and the Ocean Grove Hotel are conveniently located within a few minutes walk, while the main shopping strip and patrolled beach are a short drive away.brbrSunset Retreat can comfortably sleep up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed, a set of bunks and a TV and a Playstation console. All beds are fitted with electric blankets. If a toddler will be staying, please let us know so that we can provide a high chair and porta cot.brbrDoona, doona covers, tea towels, bath mat and hand towel are provided. Beds will be fully made with sheets and pillow cases, guests only need to provide bath towels (if travelling from interstate they can be provided). brbrIf a pet will also be staying, please advise the breed and whether your pet is an indoor or outdoor pet.
