Also off this room are Bedroom 4 (with BIR) and a Bathroom (with shower, toilet & a 2nd full sized fridge/freezer). Upstairs is the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 51 smart TV, Foxtel Box, Sony soundbar, DVD player, selection of movies, a dartboard & a coonara-style wood heater) that provides access to the upstairs Deck and leads to Bedroom 1 (with TV), Bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR), a Laundry (with washing machine) and a Bathroom (with shower) and a separate Toilet. brbr Outdoor Areas brbrThe upstairs partially covered wrap-around Deck (with rear covered seating area with table & 2 benches for 8 people, 2 wall mounted electric heaters & 1 stand-alone gas heater) is a delightful place to relax with family & friends. The Downstairs side fully covered Patio (with built -in gas BBQ plus a second gas BBQ) steps out to the enclosed side and rear yard which is perfect for children and pets. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway behind the secure Carport door, plus another vehicle (car and/or a boat) in the driveway which also features a Basketball Ring (the Garage is not accessible to guests).brbr Kitchen brbrThe fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, sandwich press, Kambrook vitamiser, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.
