Everyone loves the seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, the modern kitchen, and the cosy lounge area with a gas log fire. The balcony is a favourite for morning coffees or sunset drinks, and the courtyard is a sheltered sun trap.

• Central Location: In the heart of Ocean Grove, with cafes, shops, and beaches just a short stroll away. We loved being so close to everything—the beach, groceries, cafes, and more, shared one guest.

• Panoramic Views: Enjoy sweeping vistas of Ocean Grove beach and the Barwon Heads Bluff from the living area, master bedroom, and balcony. The view was simply breathtaking; we could watch the ocean from sunrise to sunset, another guest noted.

• Well-Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric oven, and dishwasher. We loved the kitchen—it had everything we needed for a big family dinner, shared one guest.

• Ample Space: Stone bench tops, breakfast bar, and stylish cabinetry make meal prep a breeze. We stayed in to cook because the kitchen was so nice and well-stocked, another guest remarked.

• Dining with a View: Enjoy meals with ocean views from the dining area or balcony.

• Master Suite: King bed, ocean views, A/C, ceiling fan, balcony access, walk-in robe, and ensuite. Waking up to ocean views from the master bedroom was incredible, one guest shared.

• Additional Bedrooms: Queen bed in one room; Twin Singles in another—both with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and bath towels (BYO beach towels). The beds were soft, and we woke up refreshed every morning, mentioned a family guest.

• Convenient Amenities: Central bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a European laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.

• Expansive Balcony: Perfect for alfresco dining, enjoying sunsets, or watching ships sail by. The balcony was our favourite spot for coffee and cocktails, one review noted.
