The front garden is a great place to enjoy and get away from it all.brbrClose to town - a short walk to Apollo Bay Main Street and Beaches. Close to nature - with koalas in the trees across the road on Gambier St for much of the year.brbrAt SeeApollo we have tried to create a home away from home. Somewhere to reconnect with friends or family with space for groups to relax and reconnect.brbrThe kitchen is well stocked with cookware to allow groups to prepare home cooked meals.brbrFurniture and artworks have been selected to suit the character and age of the home.brbrBedlinen and bath towels are included for each stay and the house has plenty of other blankets to keep cosy.brbrThe house has ducted Heating & Cooling in the living spaces and Bedrooms 1 & 2. The bedrooms in the extension (bedrooms 3-7) are serviced by portable heaters and fans.brbrThe lounge and dining room both include TVs with Free-to-Air, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Stan, Apple TV+ & Netflix. Main House @ Apollo Bay Ridge

Surrounded by nature, yet a stones throw from all the local cafes and hot spots in Apollo Bay, Apollo Bay Ridge provides the perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a mid-week treat! The House is situated in a quiet, natural setting with panoramic views over the rolling hills of Apollo Bay. Peaceful and surrounded by trees, it is one of only three villas on our 8 acre property. With its own private deck and stunning views, the house is perfect for balmy summer evenings or a cozy winter retreat. The space As well as being home to many koalas, echidnas, wallabies and local parrots (which will come and greet you on the deck) we also have some resident alpacas you can see grazing from the balcony. Flooded with natural light and spectacular views, downstairs compromises kitchen, main bathroom, dining, lounge and 1 x large queen bedroom. Cozy up by the fireplace at wintertime or spill out onto the deck for a summer bbq when the weather is warm. The views on the deck are next level. Upstairs there is a second queen room, small bathroom and an additional bedroom with two single beds. Please know that the upstairs is accessed by a spiral stair case which if you had mobility issues may be problematic. They are also difficult to carry children upstairs etc. Please also note that currently the upstairs queen bedroom does not have blinds. The bedroom is north east facing so receives a lot of morning light. This was our main bedroom when we lived in the house and we loved it as it’s the best views in the house. If you prefer a dark room then I would suggest the queen bedroom downstairs or the single bedroom which has smaller south facing windows and remains dark without the lights on. All linen and bath towels are provided. Other things to note 1. Strictly no parties. Apollo Bay Ridge is a peaceful property that is shared with two smaller villas. We have cameras on the house perimeter. If you are found breaking this rule you will be asked to immediately leave and will not be refunded any remaining nights. 2. Maximum guests in the house is 6. This number includes children. 3. Only toilet paper in the toilet. We are on a fragile septic system. Makeup wipes, paper towel, sanitary items will instantly break it. If you flush any of these items you will be liable for the plumbing repair costs. 4. NO PETS. No exceptions. Not only will you be charged a $500 cleaning fee if you are found to have broken this rule, but you are endangering your pet. We have a lot of snakes on the property as well as leeches/ticks. We also want to protect all the native animals that live close to our house. 5. No smoking inside 6. No food, drink or shoes upstairs on the carpet 7. Please read our listing carefully. Especially details about accessibility (spiral staircase), and that a number of our rooms do not have curtains.

There are three levels to the house which means two sets of stairs (5-6 steps for each level).brbrThere is a new en suite (shower and toilet) attached to the downstairs bedroom, as well as the main bathroom and separate toilet for the other two bedrooms on the second level. There is an outdoor table on an upstairs deck with an electric BBQ.brbrWe warmly welcome your 4-legged companions. There are three dog beds and a doggie door for your pets' convenience. Both the back and front yard are securely fenced.
