About the home br br“Barramundi Beach House” is a delightful single-storey family and pet friendly home in Smiths Beach just a short walk from the Smiths Beach General Store and beach, and a comfortable drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Also off the Living Room is Bedroom 4 (with BIR). A central hallway leads to Bedroom 1 (with smart 55 TV), which features BIR and an ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedroom 2 and 3 (each with BIR) and a Bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet). The fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is also in the open plan Kitchen/Living room.br br Outdoor Areas brbrThe fully covered rear Alfresco (with outdoor table with seating for 8 people that converts into a table tennis table and/or a pool table) overlooks the fully enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children and pets alike and also features an outdoor shower and gas BBQ.
