There is a freeway/Wall across the street from my property and you can hear the gentle buzz of the freeway /highway noise but it’s a solid brick home with new windows and it’s not over-the-top annoying or anything like that you should just be awarebrbrUtah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

Enter the Creative Chalet Located 3 doors down from one of Utah's Premier Brewery Restaurant's and you will be greeted with a stylish and welcoming living room decorated with beautiful furniture, fine art replicas, and a 65 inch smart tv.brbrThe kitchen is functional and fun: Updated appliances and a light and movable table with 8 stools for seating.brbrEach bedroom is designed around its own central theme; Some wild some tame but all creative and comfortable.brbrWith 1 Gig ggl fiber Internet!!brThe spacebrPhotos will tell 1000 words so have a look at our photos and let us know if you have questions!brbrOne thing to know is that the 2 downstairs bedrooms have independent heating per room each with a heater rated for rooms much larger than they are. These rooms get hottt if if you want but will be colder on check in to save electricity so turn on the heaters when you arrive to your preferred temperature.brbrWe are dog friendly but please refer to our house rules about pets.brbrWe do not provide wood or lighters/matches for the fire pit but we do have teloscopic smore/hot dog pokers!! Buy some wood and matches if you wanna roast!brbrThe Wifi and Modem is located in the south west starry night room and the second mesh router is in the living room. If you need to reset please unplug the modem only ( mounted on the wall ) then wait for 2 minutes before plugging back in ( this shouldnt be needed we have never had an issue. )brbrWe also have a back yard gated and locked parking spot available if you want to lock up and leave for a few days. The key to the lock is in the check in instructions.brGuest accessbrThis area is also known as “Brewery Row”.brbrYou are very close to the freeway and you can definitely hear it but when you’re inside the house it’s not obnoxious. It’s just a nice buzz. You can walk about three parcels to the south and you are at a very popular brewery called level crossing or if you walk north about two blocks you reach more brewery options and we are super close to the Commonwealth concert room where concerts are held.brOther things to notebrWe do have a security camera in the front and the back of the property monitoring the outside of the property only and it records audio and videobrbrGarbage day: The city comes and picks up the garbage cans at the front of the house at the curb on Mondays. If you happen to be coming over a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday timeframe would you please roll the garbage cans out to the curb on Sunday evening in anticipation for the pick up on Monday And then bring them back in Monday afternoon or Tuesday Our housekeeper also knows the day and she does it when she has a turnover that overlaps these datesbrbrUtah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. This was an extensive 7-month renovation project and it's heavily appointed with desirable amenities! brbrThis is fully fenced, and gated, and has a small garage to park in (low clearance please be careful and don't pull into the garage if you can't fit). brbrYou will be able to enjoy the gazebo, and the wall mural uniquely painted by a local artist. brbrYou will be so comfy in our home that you may be completely in contact to stay on with your favorite humans!brbrWe remodeled this space over the top! The home is packed with technology (Bluetooth shower vent/light/speaker, LED light built into medicine cabinet vanity in bath, and all high-end appliances. And more!brbrPlease note: There is a freeway wall right outside the front door, but the street is wide with tons of street parking and, while you can hear the gentle buzz of the freeway, we have sound machines at night and earplugs available, and it's not bad.brbrbrOTHER DETAILS TO NOTE -brbrThere may or may not be an airstream parked in the back out of the way during your stay! NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. brbr2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time - violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the additional guest fee associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 6 doesn’t mean it's all included in the nightly rate).brbr3) Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by Vrbo through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here and on the Vrbo platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.brbr4) Fees: We don't allow smoking. There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.brbrWe allow 1 dog under 50lbs as we pay for a short-term rental insurance policy allowing pets. We charge $25/night or $150m(whichever is less) after you book, through the Vrbo platform. This fee is not an additional cleaning fee. When you bring a pet you agree to a “zero impact pet policy” meaning that when you depart there will be no additional work required to clean up as a result of a pet being on-site. Animals are not allowed on any furniture and we don’t have any carpet other than area rugs. Please help us by closing the bedroom doors to keep your pet on the hard surface areas and off of the beds.brbrIf you have a service animal we are 100% compliant with these laws but you are still asked to inform us AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL NATURALLY BE ASSUMED IT IS A PET, and you are still responsible for all cleaning and/or damage to the premises that occurs as a result of the animal. ESA in Utah is not the same as a service animal and will be treated as a pet. brbr5) Quiet Hours are from 10 pm-8 am.brbr- Please remove shoes/boots before entering the unit. Please message Chad on the message thread to use the hot tub. AWAYS KEPT BALANCED AND CLEAN and 102-104 degrees. Please be respectful and careful when using the hot tub. brbrThe right-hand garage parking spot must remain clear, you will park in front of the left-hand garage door, or, in the street. brbrWe are right near many restaurants (The Pie), Oh Mai, Pats BBQ, and many more as well as Cinemark Century 21 Theater. This has to do with the insurance policy and we appreciate your respect for this rule.brbrWhile some of the yard space is therefore communal, You do have a fenced-off area on the deck for great outside hangout space and it's got a great private feel. The garage is not for your use and you will get access to the left-hand parking space in front of the left garage owner. The driveway and front/and rear concrete are loading and unloading zones only. There is no camera on the deck area for the streamline or inside any private space, and there is no camera for the hot tub area.brbrWhile these rules may seem intense, we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It's our pleasure to host you!brbrAlternations may result in some cases including change fees, as much as 50% of the lost revenues with a shortened stay. In some cases, like when a trip has already started or is close enough to the start date, there are no refunds offered for an alteration shortening your stay.
