Place was clean and nice facility. Convenient location to down town Salt Lake.

The location of the house is right off a busy street that is filled with construction and car noise.

We had a great experience at this place. However, there were a couple of issues that needed attention: the carpets either require a deep cleaning or should be replaced, and one of the bedroom blinds had a section that was completely broken off.On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the living areas were both clean and cozy.

It was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have some extra sheets for the couches/beds in the living room.

Liz the host was great no issues with anything. The home is fantastic there were 5 adults in our party myself my wife my son an daughter in law and my daughter. The beds were very comfortable they were 4 bedrooms tvs in all the bedrooms the kitchen was full with all of the necessities 2 bathrooms great location close to freeways if I could give more than five stars I would. Check in was very easy and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. I give 3 stars because the backyard was not very usable (unkept and no direct access from the house), there were many, many ants and the location wasn’t great.

Clean, had some ants but there were traps and supplies to clean after cooking and such. We had 8 of us and fit us all nicely.

The hosts were great with communication. We didn't have any trouble getting in or out. The entire process was straightforward. We had plenty of room for all of the family. Not the best location, but it is centrally located and convenient to a lot of things. We were here to visit with family in the area, so the place was quite suitable.

Great location to see local sites. Cozy place, clean and good owner. Kitchen needs a large frying pan (egg pan was the only one during our stay) and mixing bowls (had to mix pancake batter in a pot). Easy fixes for the owner. Last day had ants in the kitchen and dining area. Harmless, but clearly something to address. I hate giving anyone less than a 5 star review, but it would be irresponsible of me to not go to 4 stars as compared to other Vrbo properties, this one needs some upgrades. Easy to fix, hopefully great for next time.

Beds were comfy and the air conditioning works great. House has been nicely updated. They seem to have an ant problem and there were some areas of the house that could use a deep cleaning but was overall fine.

We came to salt lake for a little family vacation and chose this cute little house for the price. It was a cozy little home that we enjoyed staying in and would definitely stay here again

The house smells like animal urine. It was powerful. Ants in the kitchen, living room and both bathrooms. Outside garbage cans were completely full upon our arrival and smelled horrible. Had to move them away from the house. Host tried to help by dropping off a bag of bug killer and air fresheners. They even offered to have someone come clean the carpets and spray for bugs while we were staying in the house. We declined because we had already moved in. Wish I would have known about the urine smell, we would not have booked had we known. Not sure why previous reviewers didn't say anything.

Very clean, great light, good location, easy access . No bedding for twin couch bed. Beautiful blooming roses, shade trees.

Stayed here for motorcross . House was easy to find , clean and easily accessible . Good size bedrooms with tvs for all the kids

This property has a charming blend of a old building with modern touches. The space was clean, smelled clean and has 2 driveways. I didn't need to ask the host for anything since the stay went smoothly.

I needed a quiet nice place with room for me and my family to take my elderly mom to an eye surgery. This place was perfect in location right off of the main salt lake City Street State Street and the host team was amazing with recommendations suggestions and helping everything go very smoothly for my lodging.

Highlights: Beds are super comfy, sheets are soft, water pressure is great, shower head is nice and high, so if you’re tall, you don’t have to bend over to wash your hair. I would stay here again.
