This 1600 sq. ft. condo, nestled into the hillside between the Silver Star and Eagle lifts, provides easy walking access for all abilities to Park City's famed ski area. brThe condo is beautifully finished inside, with 3 bedrooms / 3 bath (2 ensuite and an additional family bathroom). The large living / dining / kitchen area has plenty of space for gathering together at the end of the day with a cozy fire and games area for the kids. brbrSet in a quiet culdesac, ending on the ski run, Crescent Road is sure to delight skiers and non-skiers alike. The condo has 3 large, private bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with combo tub / shower. The final bedroom has 2 queen beds. brFresh, good quality cotton linens and towels are provided for your use at the start of your stay. There is a washer and drier in the powder room for your convenience.brThe large living room is elegantly furnished with beautiful wooden floors and deep, comfy sofas. The cozy gas fire is easy to light and will keep you warm and toasty. Finally, with a large kitchen and dining area, catering for your group will be breeze, if that's your plan.brAlthough by no means needed, if you want to bring a vehicle, there is a garage for one car, and space outside for a second. There is NO STREET PARKING. brbrCheck in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me! brbrThe Crescent Ridge condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex they have an amazing location in both summer and winter. The condos are nestled into the side of the mountain and are within short walking distance to both the base of the Silver Star ski lift area or the Park City Mountain Village. Park City Mountain Village is the main base area for skiing at Park City, with ski school, beginner terrain, restaurants, shops, ice skating and other fun activities. The Silver Star cafe and gear shop are also wonderful venues for breakfast, lunch or après ski. In fact The Silver Star Cafe is one of the few places I have found to serve a mulled wine on the menu! What better way to end an afternoon in the mountains! To get around town, the free Park City shuttle runs frequently and stops a few hundred yds from the condo. Getting to the resort base, or the shops by bus takes a couple of minutes. brbrThe shuttle bus stop is a few minutes walk away, providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is one spot in the covered garage and one spot in the driveway. There is no street parking for additional vehicles.

This condo in the Fawngrove development has everything you need to enjoy the incredible Wasatch Mountain range, whether in sun or snow. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms downstairs and a large den with sleeping area and half bathroom upstairs, your entire group can spread out in 3000 sq feet. That's 4 bedrooms total, 9 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms/dens, 1 fully stocked kitchen, 2 dining areas (dining table and large peninsula/island), 1 deck with hot tub, 1 washer/dryer, underground parking....all within a brief couple minute FREE shuttle to Deer Valley Resort. Park City resort is just a little further away but can still be accessed with the free shuttle brbrDue to the close proximity to the base of the mountains, and the great public bus system, this condo is practically ski in/ski out. If you came to Park City to enjoy skiing on The Best Snow on Earth, you will be able to put on your ski gear & walk out the front door to the bus stop at the entrance of the driveway. The free public bus comes every few minutes. It drops you off at the base of Snow Park. You can store your skis in the overnight lockers at the base of the mountain, so you don't even need to transport them back and forth. There's no need to drive to the resort! At the end of the day, check your skis back in at the base of the mountain and hop back on the bus for a 1 minute drive home. The ease with which you can get on and off of the mountain is one of the best parts of this condo!brbrWhen not enjoying Park City's wide variety of world class restaurants, you can cook your own world class meals for the entire group in the large, fully equipped kitchen stocked for entertaining. The kitchen was recently renovated with granite countertops, hand stained cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors adorn the entryway, downstairs den and kitchen. brbrThere are two master bedrooms, both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms downstairs. The third bedroom also has a king size bed, with a shared bathroom in the hallway. All bathrooms are luxuriously styled with granite and/or marble and stocked with toiletries and linens. Each bedroom has its own television, with streaming services. brbrUpstairs, the sleeping area has two twin trundle beds and a media room/play area with large sectional, bean bag chairs and TV equipped with streaming services. There is also a small refrigerator so that you can relax upstairs without having to go back downstairs for beverages. The newly constructed upstairs den area is a great spot to retreat for both children and adults! brbrCozy up next to the large stone corner gas fireplace or warm up in the 6 person private hot tub on the deck after a chilly day of skiing or exploring the endless mountain biking and hiking trails in the area. The carpeted living room area has ample seating for your entire group with multiple couches and recliners and a TV above the fireplace. High speed internet is available via Wifi throughout the entire condo.brbrThe dining area has seating for 6, with more space possible by adding the kitchen island counter stools. There is additionally counter seating for more casual eating and an additional beverage/wine refrigerator and small bar area next to the dining table. brbrThe condo has covered parking in the easily accessible parking garage right below the condo but you can also jump on the brief bus ride (few minutes) to Park City Ski Resort. This condo is close to everything, minutes from the base of Deer Valley resort, Main street Park City and everything else the area has to offer!
