Huge 4BR, Upstairs Den, Hot Tub & Free Shuttle Minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort

Host was very helpful and the location was great and the place was spacious. Bus stop right outside takes you to the slopes or across the street to go into town.

We had a blast. Great home and awesome location.

Wonderful home with an amazing layout and location for a ski vacation. The property manager was easy to communicate and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We ate all our meals in which was enjoyable. The cookware could use a refresh. The wifi was spotty.

We had 9 agüite and 2 children. There was plenty of space to sleep, and hang out. They had games to play and the space was decorated very nice. Also plenty of places to sit while we all hung out together. The hosts were great, the place was clean and the beds were were comfortable. We had a great time. Location was great, close to hiking, and historic Park City. And the jacuzzi was a great plus. We would stay there again. Thanks for the great stay.

Our family stayed here and had a great time. We liked the place, the grounds, and the pool. A short walk to the beach. And so much privacy and quiet at our location. Thank you, Lance

Absolutely wonderful for families or a group of friends. There is also a studio guest house that can be included and is quite lovely. The property also has use of a very nice pool. All sorts of pool toys and sand toys were available and you have a short half block walk to the beach. Lance, the owner, responds quickly if you have any concerns. All in all a wonderful experience and would love to go back.

We picked this property because of the great location and the fact there are 2 cottages back to back as this was a family vacay with grown children, thought would give privacy and it didn't not disappoint. On arrival we were however disappointed with the cleanliness of the the cottages, everything was clean except the floors, they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. My son mopped and vacuumed both places, the vacuum cleaner canister after one carpet was 1/3 fill. Pool wasn't usable, area was overgrown, dirt in the pool no pool sweep and filtration not on long enough. Yard wasn't a comfortable yard as is very overgrown/overplanted. All beds need new mattresses, they've put foam toppers on which is fine but the bottom sheets (on all 4 beds) didn't fit so every morning you would wake up in a puddle of bottom sheet. Did not make for a good nights sleep. I relayed this information to the owner directly thinking if I were the owner I'd want to know what was going on since there was a house manager, he was a bit miffed and defensive. I just think the property needs some TLC. All that said, addressing these items, I would definitely recommend this place, is perfect for 4 couples or a family vacation in a wonderful location.

We loved staying at this property. We rented both units. The location was so great for our group of 6 adults and 3 young children - a short walk to the park and beach, a large property for the kids to run around & explore, a nice little pool, and a beautiful lanai surrounded by greenery. The weather was predicted to be stormy - typical March weather - but we were rewarded with very little rain during the day and tons of sunshine. Well furnished, very nice beds, lots of stuff for outdoors(beach chairs, towels and sand toys), spacious kitchens. Lance was a great host and very patient with our inquiries!! Highly recommended.

The property was just as described -- perfect for a large family, with all the amenities listed. The easy walk to 2 beaches made it extremely well located. We only used the pool once, as the weather wasn't that warm. Dorothy responded quickly and efficiently to all of our questions and we appreciated that.
