This tiny home is a clean, fun little cottage that makes the perfect home base for your hiking or biking trip to southern Utah. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. The space is small but cozy. (People taller than 6'3 will be at risk of hitting their head on one of the archways.) This home started out, generations ago, as a cabin for the Park Rangers of Zion National Park. In the 90's it was physically moved to Hurricane, Ut where it served as a vacation home for an elderly couple for many years. In early 2017 it officially opened as a vacation rental where, for the first time in decades, you can stay in one of these historic Ranger Cabins. The outside is still original but the inside has been totally remodeled.

Over the Edge bike shop is literally one block from the home, so you can get riding tips or trail advice or get things fixed quickly and easily by knowledgeable experts of this area.brbrWe love being so close to Zion National Park, where we love to hike the Narrows, Emerald Pools, Angels Landing and all the beautiful trails. brbrIf you have ATVS, bring them and head to Sand Hollow or Pink Coral Sand Dunes. Our circular driveway can hold your boats, trailers and ATVS. You can bike or ride your ATV straight to the trails. brbrIf you're interested in water, Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Creek are both fifteen minutes to the west and have boating and paddle boarding in the summer months. Snow Canyon State Park just outside of St. George offers hiking and rock climbing and more stunning views. Bryce Canyon National Park is less than two-and-a-half hours away and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is about a two-and-a-half hour drive. Las Vegas is only a two-hour drive from Hurricane. In short, this is a prime location to explore the scenic wonders of southern Utah and northern Arizona.brbrBoth bathrooms have been remodeled within the past few years. The upstairs bathroom has a full bath and shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. There are lots of ATV trails close by, along with 2 beautiful reservoirs good for boating, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek.brbrThere are some parades that come through town, remember the dates July 4th, July 24th, and then Peach Days over Labor day weekend. Each of these celebrations includes a fun local parade. They don't last long.
