Stayed May 27, 2026The home was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 16 fit well with beds and bathrooms for all. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We could figure out how to being the pool temp up but the grandkids still enjoyed it. Not much space/yard for grandkids to play and run around but the unit was right around the corner from the basketball and pickleball courts. Could have used an extra fridge in the garage with that many people but we managed okay. Very nice stay.

Stayed Apr 2, 2026Sorry hot tub never worked. So disappointing for the kids and adults. Can’t give a 5 star when major draw wasn’t operating. It was close to Zion our major objective. Close to Kenab for off road events.Plenty of restaurants in Springdale and laVerkin and Hurricane.

Stayed Oct 29, 2025This home was well thought out with everything we need for a family stay including extended family. Very clean and beautiful decor. Bunk beds and kids plates/cups for kids will ample seating. Comfortable beds and rooms for the adults. Private pool when we wanted to be alone and the bigger community pool with lazy river and splash pad for more fun. Was close to Zion for getaways there. Definitely a place we will come back to!

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We loved our stay at this place! It’s so beautiful and spacious and everything is kept so clean. We loved having our own hot tub and pool right there on the property! We had 14 of us, most adults with 3 little kids 4 and under and we had plenty of space. The little kids loved the bunk room. The movie room upstairs was fun and cozy, located right off the deck. The rooms were all spacious and beautiful. We loved going down the street to the community pool and lazy river as well. We did have to text the host to get the hot tub heating up which was a little inconvenience and we couldn’t ever get the jets or lights to work. We had no control on our end and they had to do it remotely which was a little strange. Other than that, it was a great stay! We would love to come back and stay again!

Stayed Sep 22, 2025This house is really nice. I appreciated the cleanliness of it. We really enjoyed the double RX rooms to be able to enjoy and it worked really well foe us. We really enjoyed the hot tub/pool. It is about a 30 minute or so drive to Zion and we were okay with that. I hope to be able to book it again.
