This was a great place to stay! Gorgeous home with amazing views! Only a 45 minute drive to Zion! Host was great and had everything you need! Especially loved the BBQ, the gas fire pit, and all the necessities you need!

No actual bedrooms and only one with a door for the small guest room and loft beds. Only one bathroom which was difficult with 6 people. The house was clean. The host was great. Lits of stairs if you're handicapped.

Very nice place

Honestly, this was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I was initially concerned after reading reviews mentioning that the rental was attached to the main home, but I want to provide some clarification that I felt was missing from those reviews. While the rental is technically connected to the main house, it never felt attached in any way during our stay. It has its own private entrance, clear signage leading you directly to the unit, and completely separate access, making it feel very private and independent. The home itself was luxurious and comfortable. Our kids loved the loft area and treated it like their own clubhouse or fort for the entire trip. The only minor challenge was the limited separation from the master bedroom, which made changing clothes and getting ready a little less convenient. That said, for families traveling with children, it was not a significant issue and certainly wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. The views were incredible, the setting was peaceful and quiet, and yet we were still within easy reach of all the major attractions in the area. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. The hosts were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. By the end of our trip, the kids were already asking when we could come back.

Beautiful property, very well appointed. Lovely space within 50 minutes of Zion and St. George Airport, Utah. Home is immaculate. Host was very responsive. Just a note that this vrbo is part of a larger home and not a standalone property. This had no negative impact to our stay, just wanted to mention it. A great place to stay if visiting the Zion area.

Amazing place to stay!

I would love to give them a 5 star, however, you can’t tell in the list but the unit is connected to the main home where they live with kids. The unit is really nice and bright with beautiful views and a great location.

Found the property just as pictured

This is a beautiful property in an equally beautiful setting. We loved the outdoor patio with propane heater and the nearby farm animals. Very well equipped. Host was extremely prompt with communication. One area to point out are the sleeping arrangements. There is one main BR but the other two sleeping areas are set up such that you have to go through the main BR to access them and they are not separated by a wall. At the end of the day the inconvenience of having to pass through the main BR to get to the bathroom and rest of the condo wasn't a huge deal but I think it would be a set up the is better suited to families with young children. My adult children and one partner were a little uncomfortable passing through the BR when I was sleeping. It was also a bit challenging to share one bathroom with 4 adults.

Great rental. Very new with cool design choices in a secluded area away from the city. Goats and chickens greet you as you arrive:). Dark sky for amazing star watching. Loved it.

The views and property were amazing, it’s within an hour of Zion and less than 20min from water canyon hidden gem! The house/kitchen was stocked. The host was responsive, The only downside was being unaware we were attached to a main house, trying to keep kids from running up and down or disturbing the main house was difficult. We would definitely go back!

This property is beautiful. It was completely as advertised, very clean, and well stocked. The view was amazing. The furniture and especially the beds were very comfortable. It was very accessible to Zion National Park. We would highly recommend the property, and we would stay here again.

The stay was very nice and the house beautiful! The views were amazing and the home is decorated with local charm and professionalism. The recommendation would be to clearly state the entrance to the rental section of the home. It was a little confusing which door to use and where to park. We were lucky to have a neighbor directed us where to go. A couple of small things like an addition blanket to sit outside by the beautiful fire pit and maybe a nightlight for the bathroom.Overall I would recommend this stay to others.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a better home base for all of the activities we had planned in the area. From the amazing views during the day, astrophotography at night, and the clean and comfortable accommodations, I would recommend anyone traveling out towards Zion to stay here.If you have a 4x4 vehicle, cutting through the country back roads to get to Zion or Hurricane from Apple Valley saves you time and provides incredible 360 views

We loved the property and the area. The views were great and they did a great job with the landscaping and decorations. I would have given this 5 stars but I think the owner needs to add that this property is attached to a primary residence. We would not have had a problem with this just would have liked to know.

Great, quiet little place to recharge.

TL;DR: fantastic for a couples trip, not good if you're expecting a 3 bedroom with privacy.5-star aspects: the views are insanely gorgeous and feels away from everything in a good way. The furnishings feel high end. The hosts were great and prompt with questions. If you're going for a couples retreat, definitely recommend.2-star aspects: I wouldn't call this a 3 bedroom; if you're looking for privacy within the home, this is not it. The loft has no door between that and the bedroom it's attached to; the master bedroom doesn't have a door for privacy and the whole home shares the master bathroom. If you're going with multiple people (e.g. extended family and in laws like us), it's definitely less comfortable.

The duplex (unit is attached to the main house) is very well appointed with highend features. The unit feels brand new and was clean. Calling this a 3-bedroom is inaccurate, calling this a 2-bedroom would be a stretch of the imagination. The primary bedroom is gorgeous with an even more stunning primary bathroom. However, the other two sleeping areas leave a lot to be desired. They turned the primary walk-in closet into a spot for a very uncomfortable pull-out couch and from the closet, you go up to a loft that is only 4' tall. This area might be good for kids, but not adults and there is zero privacy as the closet/loft have a giant open pass-through to the kitchen/living area allowing in light and sound when trying to sleep. Finally, Google Maps will leave you stranded in the middle of a field, be sure to work with your host on local directions.

Great home base for exploring Zion and surrounding area. Drive to Zion feels much shorter than it is, with great views and towns along the way, so don’t be thrown off by the distance. Amazing, clean property with everything you need. Incredible views of the night sky. Two of the bedrooms are connected with no door. Totally fine for us, but not for someone who needs three private bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

We were extremely pleased with just about everything. We are considering a cooler weather stay in the future.

There is a private path to walk in the evenings or mornings that made this spot ideal! It’s very private and quiet. The front porch was so peaceful after a day of hiking. The house is beyond fully stocked with everything we needed. The large shower is a PLUS! I plan on coming back next year for sure.

The home is beautifully furnished. Spotless and inviting. The bed was so comfortable. A hot bath in the copper tub was perfect after riding motorcycles all day. You are surrounded by phenomenal views while poech sitting. The outdoors is beautiful with all the different plants, flowers and trees. The owner's were very responsive with all inquiries.

This was our 4th stop on our travels through Arizona and Utah. Absolutely loved the place - so beautifully decorated, had everything we needed. Close to Zion National Park where we spent our time. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch - so relaxing!

The property was amazing. Everything was clean, the house was beautiful. The owners were very responsive and allowed an early check in for our earlier than anticipated arrival. Loved sitting out on the back patio to watch the sunrise and relax in the evening. Can’t say enough good things. Have already recommended to a friend for a future stay.

Beautiful location under an hours drive from Zion National Park. Beautiful interior. The shower and bath were a highlight, especially after long days of hiking. I recommend the hosts add blinds to the highest windows of the master bedroom.

Very nice VRBO

We stayed 3 nights so we could explore Zion, Bryce Canyon National Parks & Kanab area from this location. It was such a fun place to stay, a great “home base” to start out from. We LOVED the place, the location is great, and the owner was really helpful! (Yes, we got lost)

Incredible finishes and attention to detail. The bathroom with its copper soaking tub and walk in shower is incredible, making this the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The fantastic Water Canyon hike is just around the corner. So glad we added this stop to our Zion excursion.

Middle ground of various activities

Everything was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness, the decor, everything's brand new. Host was spot on, if we needed something, it was provided or addressed. The only issue was we were caught off guard when we arrived realizing the rental property is attached to the host's primary residence. So my wife and I didn't have the privacy we wanted seeing that they were home with small children.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This is a great location for visiting Zion and the Grand Canyon. Our only note for other guests would be to mention that there is an active family on the property, and you may hear the noises of small children. This was not bothersome to us, but others may wish to be aware.

Everything you need for a quiet vacation close to many outdoor adventures. Gorgeous views, responsive host, fantastic bathtub!
