This unit is our deer themed unit called DEER TRACKS. brEnjoy all the comforts of modern architecture tastefully highlighted with local rustic wood accents. Relax on Premium Egyptian Cotton bedding and luxurious queen size mattresses in one of the three bedrooms the other two bedrooms have kings. The master has it's own bath, while the other two rooms share Jack and Jill bathrooms. There is a fourth bathroom for guests. brbrMake use of the well appointed modern kitchen for entertaining lots of company. This unit sleeps 12 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms in total in this unit and 4 bathrooms and 1 loft.brbrEnjoy the view from the extensive windows facing to the south, overlooking Duck Creek Meadow, across from the Village itself. Or walk around the 1600 ft deck that completely surrounds every floor. We regularly count upwards of 50 deer coming into the meadow at dusk, and recently have been entertained by a family of foxes that hunts and plays in the meadow. You can almost always see a few Red Tail Hawks and Falcons cruising over the meadow, swooping down occasionally to pull a fish out of the creek, or some tasty morsel from the grassy meadow. Watch for the extremely social marmots that sun themselves on the rocks below. When you decide you want to stretch your legs a bit, take a walk down into the meadow itself, and see where Duck Creek disappears into sink holes on the east edge of the to be seen again for 13 it flows into the Sevier River...Check with Mike our on site owner/operator, he will point you in the right direction. You also may be able to arrange for him to take you on a guided tour of some of the areas lesser known or winter! ATVs such as dirt bikes, quads, and side X sides or snowmobiles, he can get you there. An added Bonus is that the roads to our Lodge are maintained year round.brIt's absolutely wonderful to spend any day including the holidays here at the Lodge. Enjoy the amazing scenery and famous hiking trails. Aspen Mirror Lake, Navajo Lake and Panguitch Lake are within minutes of the Condo along with several excellent fly-fishing streams/rivers. There are over 500 miles of ATV trails. During the winter there is great snow for snowmobiling and sledding, and at Brian Head Summer and Ski resort you can take in GREAT skiing or snowboarding. During the summer, enjoy the beautiful wild flowers and wildlife. You are sure to see Deer and Turkey abound! Floor to ceiling viewing windows of expansive meadow and forest. brbrProperty has no neighboring houses for 3/4 of an acre and backs up to National Forest Service land with direct access to an extensive trail system for hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling and All Terrain Vehicle riding. brbrMaster bath has 2 person Jacuzzi tub and views of the forest. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a 12 foot pine log table that seats 15 with expansive views. The cabin is conveniently located 41 miles from both Zion and Bryce National Parks, 12 miles from Cedar Breaks National Monument and 25 miles from Brianhead Ski Resort. brbrBrianhead receives snow from November through mid-April and has a wonderful ski and snowboarding school for children.
