Stayed Jul 14, 2025This condo was perfect for my family while visiting Utah' National Parks. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer is always nice to have on longer stays, the entire condo was clean and inviting. My only issue was that we were staying on the bottom floor and there were condos above us. Every noise that was made in the above units we could hear in the lower ones. Sleeping was difficult due to the constant noise above us at the time. Even late into the night hours. If you are sensitive to noise I would not recommend a bottom unit!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024This was by far one of the BEST rentals I have come across. It was quiet, clean and conveniently located right across from Duck Creek Village. The little condo was exactly what we needed for our family vacation and had all of the conveniences of my own home (cookware, dishes, ect.). We will definitely be coming back next year!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the look and cleanliness of the property! It also had everything we needed. If you don’t have 4-wheel drive, it can be kind of difficult to get into the driveway.

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Clean, great communication. As expected. Didn’t like the late night cleaning 9-10 on room above us as they were quite loud.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025If you’re in need to relax it’s great place! After husband having to work and 3 hour drive up there all we wanted to do was relax. Restaurants have some weird hours and some don’t even open until Thursday. But not places fault for that just a little tip for others coming to the area. Bed was comfortable and atmosphere was relaxing!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The instructions were great and the condo was very nice. It is close to the little village which was convenient for little things. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. I couldn't figure out the tv, so I can't comment on that. The wifi was very sluggish, so I couldn't do my zoom. There was no coffee, creamer or water, so make sure you bring everything you need. (This might be normal for VRBO, but I am used to a few basics -- water, coffee, tea, especially when there is nothing around.)I would stay there again and bring coffee.

Stayed May 29, 2025We wanted a nice place to stay in the mountains with easy access and ammenities close by. This little condo was perfect. It has all the amenities you need, and is classy. We had pizza across the street which was delicious! The only issue was the upstairs tenants. When they walked across the floor, it was loud with the floor squeaking and groaning. We were trying to fet some sleep but had late comers above us through no fault of their own(ust the construction.) We would come back

Stayed May 16, 2025Overall we enjoyed the location in Duck Creek. The property needs a little upkeep as the kitchen faucet sprays everywhere when turned on and the hot water is good for quick showers. Beds are on the firm side and that is ok for most but a pillow topper would have suited me better. If I stay in the area again I would recomend thia place. Not trying to be to critical because we did enjoy our time in the area.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025This stay was amazing to say the least! Location is perfect you are directly in front of the village. It is a bit tough to get up when it is snowing but it is doable in a 2WD vehicle. We had neighbors this weekend and we couldn’t hear anything from them it was such a p

Stayed Oct 25, 2024The condo is as described but be aware the tv satellite is very finicky. The water from the tap tastes awful - definitely bring drinking water. The town itself is dead and restaurants aren’t open late. You’ll def want to bring your own food to prep in the condo kitchen! Although the town is blah the condo location was decent for us about was a good half way point between Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Our time at the Duck Creek property was pleasant. The addition of a washer/dryer is very helpful when you're hiking in the desert! The presence of a number of passive aggressive notes around the property felt patronizing and less than hospitable, but otherwise we were happy with our stay.
