Stayed Jan 1, 2019We absolutely loved the property. Very clean, had everything we needed for a great family stay. We were under the impression it was a little closer to Brianhead as this was our whole reason in staying at the VRBO. Unfortunately - we had no idea that one of the roads that takes you to Brianhead closes during the winter. We ended up having to commute basically all the way around the mountain doubling our commute. Overall, we had a great family time in Utah.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed with my family over the holidays (13 of us), and we had a wonderful time. The accommodations were excellent. I was very impressed with the condo. It was spacious, very light and open. It worked great for us. It is a quiet, peaceful place, with a beautiful view. We will definitely return again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Brought 4 families (13 total people) and rented 2 condos, everyone fit perfectly with room and sleeping space to spare (probably could have slept 6-7 more people in beds) and there are 4 more condos in this building if your group is bigger. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner/manager Michael is fantastic and takes a lot of pride in this property and making your stay a good one. Beautiful area with so much to see and do. Everyone had a great time, we hope to be returning soon.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I planned on visiting Duck Creek last month... But we had a massive flash flood in Las Vegas last September and were originally scheduled to come up the day of the flood but the I-15N was washed away literally. We contacted the owner of this condo and he was very helpful in rescheduling the whole trip for us this month. Thank God! Once we made it up here, the Lodge was very easy to find & plenty of parking. The Lodge is a street behind the gas station, very convenient. The Lodge was perfect for my family of 4 and 2 dogs. We stayed in the dog friendly unit & it was so clean! Beds were all very comfy, clean sheets and there's a laundry room too! Not to mention the kitchen was fully stocked. We grabbed a bite at Hot Mamma's Pizza and it didn't disappoint, very tasty! We took our Polaris out to Strawberry Point & Mammoth Caves; both a must SEE! The weather was perfect, still a few yellow leaves on some of the trees. We had an amazing time, & will be back again soon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family wanted to get away from the city and enjoy the outdoors a little. This was the perfect get away!! We loved the cabin! It was beautiful and cozy. Really the only suggestion I have would be to invest in some better quality sheets. The ones on the beds didn't fit well and just appeared very worn. We will most likely consider staying here again on our next trip to Duck Creek Village.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We thought the condo was very clean and cute. The only complaint we have was that we had neighbors so close and if you get unlucky like we did with teenagers partying, that can call for some sleepless nights. Also we had the top unit, which meant three flights of stairs on ice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were three couples visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks in mid-October, for which this rental gave us excellent access. We also enjoyed Kodachrome Basin State Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Parowan Gap Petroglyphs, and Frontier Homestead State Park Museum. The building is three floors, each of two units, and this one is on the top floor, accessible by two flights of outside stairs. A wide deck surrounds each floor, from which one can look out in all four directions. The unit's sliding door/windows overlook Duck Creek flowing through a wide meadow, which had mule deer grazing each evening. It is a beautiful view. Duck Creek Village is a rustic place at 8,400 ft elevation. The unit has three bedrooms, each of which has private access to sink/toilet. Two bedrooms have king size beds. The other has a queen. The beds were fine. Bed linens could be improved in quality and fit. One bedroom has full bath, the other two share a bathtub/shower between their half baths. There is also a separate half bath. The unit works well for three couples. The loft is fine for kids, but its ceiling, sloping down to about three feet makes it a problem for adults. There is good casual seating for six adults in front of the fire and the dining table is very nice for six. The owner was quite accessible to us. We had a couple of questions while there, which were taken care of quickly. We arrived at night, the directions for finding the unit were vague, but our GPS saved us. Everything is obvious, once you see it in daylight. This is a great place to stay to see beautiful country. It is a 30 miles to significant supplies in Cedar Creek, but that is the price to be in the middle of the mountains with great views and access. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and we recommend it to others.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo clean, good location half way between Zion and Bryce, although area remote. We were informed to buy supplies prior to arriving. Parking very limited, can only park one car near condo. Bedrooms adequate size as was kitchen. Sheets and towels very average and not fine Egyptian cotton as advertised. My concerns are as follows: the wrap around porch is shared by all renters, so no privacy. This was not addressed in the description of the condo. The first night we arrived, there was a loud gathering next door, with cigarette smoke, as well as foul language being used. The caretaker was not responsive to our requests while we were there, but did tell us we had to take our garbage down to the village--despite charging us a cleaning fee. We stayed in the penthouse--which essentially meant the 3rd level. We had to carry our luggage and groceries up the stairs. While this is fine for us, an older person would not have been able to do so. The caretaker did not offer to help carry our supplies. None of this was mentioned in the description. This was an adequate condo, but certainly not worth 5 stars based on our experience .
