Main Floor

On the main level, you will find two luxurious master suites, each furnished with king-sized beds for your comfort. The beautifully appointed living room offers panoramic views of the enchanting pine tree landscape that surrounds the cabin. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite homemade meals. Unwind in the living room next to the cozy fireplace on the plush recliner couch while taking in the picturesque scenery or watching your favorite movie.

Upstairs/ Loft

The loft features two additional master suites, one with a queen bed and the other with three bunk beds - all twin over full. Additionally, there is a well-appointed office space on this level, offering a perfect spot for your `work from home` needs during your stay.

Basement/ GAME ROOM ️

Get ready for some serious fun in our loaded game room! You`ll find a versatile table that can switch between a pool and ping pong table, along with four arcade machines - Blitz, Mortal Kombat, Pac-Man, and Legends Pinball. Everyone is guaranteed to have a blast in this fantastic game room.

The washer and dryer are located on this level.

Outside

This property is ideally situated on a spacious lot with a horseshoe driveway, offering ample parking surrounded by magnificent pine trees. On clear nights, you can witness the beauty of the Milky Way with the naked eye, and if you`re a stargazing enthusiast, consider bringing a telescope.

There is a commercial series Char Broil infrared grill for you to savor your favorite BBQ dishes. Don`t miss the opportunity to roast s`mores by the Las Vegas Golden Knights-themed firepit under the starry night sky!

For outdoor enthusiasts, fishing is accessible at nearby Navajo, Panguitch, or Aspen Mirror Lake. Explore the extensive network of hiking and ATV trails that Duck Creek Village has to offer, providing endless opportunities for adventure.

You will have access to the entire property except for the garage, which will be locked during your stay.

Duck Creek Village is a small, quaint mountain town that offers quick access to Southern Utah`s best national parks. Although we are `in the mountains,` we are not `off the grid` and we do have neighbors nearby, so you can expect to see and hear others during the day. The cabin is very close to `The Village` where the gas station, hardware store, restaurants and pub are located. It`s a short drive or a nice walk to get there.

‼️ 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months, from November to April. NO exceptions! Please do not attempt to make it in 2WD with chains. We are at 8,500 feet on the top of a mountain. The roads could be `clear` upon your arrival and a 2-foot storm can roll in overnight. You need to be prepared with 4WD ‼️

You will have ample parking for you and your guests. We do have a parking spot for trailers, but we do not allow guests to camp in RVs outside. Guests are permitted to stay INSIDE of the property only. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests, no exceptions.

We highly recommend that you complete your grocery shopping before driving up the mountain, as there are very limited options for groceries on the mountain. The hardware store has a small grocery selection in case you forget any odds and ends, but we would not recommend relying on this for your entire trip. There are restaurants in The Village and their hours vary depending upon the season.

We allow house-trained, well-behaved dogs in our home. 75-pound weight limit. 2 small dogs totaling 75 pounds OR one large dog not to exceed 75 pounds. Dogs ONLY. No cats, fish, lizards, snakes, mini horses, pigs, etc. - sorry!

We do not stock firewood for the fire pit outside. We do stock propane for the grill.
