Built in 2020. In late 2025, we completed a remodel, adding a spacious beautiful gathering room (20’x25’).brbrWith 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, Summit Life offers plenty of room to gather, unwind, and spread out—without ever losing its warm, cozy feel. It was made to create unforgettable family moments.brbrCABIN RULES:brbr1. NO SMOKING or VAPING in the cabin or on/around the premises.br2. NO Pets.br3. NO shoes inside the cabin.br4. Keep food and drinks in kitchen and dining room only.br5. Always keep exterior doors closed, tightly. We do not want mice!!br6. DO NOT FLUSH tampons, feminine hygiene products and/or toilet wipes down the toilet. The cabin uses a septic tank system and cannot accept anything other than toilet paper.br7. DO NOT sleep with (or on) the decorative bed quilts and decorative pillows in all rooms.br8. Squeegee showers after each use.br9. Skis, boards, boots, wet/muddy clothes belong in the SKI room. br10. Don’t leave garbage’s out on the porch. Wild animals will make a mess of it. brbrDEPARTURE:brbrWe ask for your help in just a few ways:brbr1. Remove sheets from used beds and place on the floor in that room.br2. Remove your food from fridge, freezer and cupboards before leaving.br3. Empty all garbage's and put new garbage's bags in canisters. Rolls of bags are already in the bathroom canisters. Take ALL of your garbage with you when you leave. There are dumpsters on the main road (on the right side) as you head down the canyon as well as at the bottom of the canyon (on your left) that you can use. There are no garbage services in the canyon. br4. Wash all of the dirty dishes. You may use the dishwasher for plates, cups and silverware. br5. Turn all lights off (interior and exterior).br6. Close garage door. br7. Lock ALL exterior doors AND windows.brbrFOOD, SUPPLIES, FUEL:brbrThere is a small grocery store in Beaver called “Mikes Food Town” as well as several gas stations where you can shop for groceries and other miscellaneous items. There aren’t any stores with groceries, gas or supplies up the canyon. However, there is a small gift shop in the lower lodge of Eagle Point and they have a few groceries/food items for purchase.brbrRESTAURANT:brEagle Point Resort has a restaurant in their main lodge that is open seasonally. You can dine in or order out. You may view their menu on their website or use the QR code in the binder (at the cabin).brThere is also a small grill in the upper lodge that is open during ski season.
