This beautiful ski in-ski out cabin is located up Beaver canyon on Eagle Point Resort in the Aspen Crest development. The cabin sits at just over 10,000 ft ele. with surrounding breathtaking views. Built in 2020. In late 2025, we completed a remodel, adding a spacious beautiful gathering room (20’x25’).

With 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, Summit Life offers plenty of room to gather, unwind, and spread out—without ever losing its warm, cozyfeel. It was made to create unforgettable family moments.

CABIN RULES:

1. NO SMOKING or VAPING in the cabin or on/around the premises.
2. NO Pets.
3. NO shoes inside the cabin.
4. Keep food and drinks in kitchen and dining room only.
5. Always keep exterior doors closed, tightly. We do not want mice!!
6. DO NOT FLUSH tampons, feminine hygiene products and/or toilet wipes down the toilet. The cabin uses a septic tank system and cannot accept anything other than toilet paper.
7. DO NOT sleep with (or on) the decorative bed quilts and decorative pillows in all rooms.
8. Squeegee showers after each use.
9. Skis, boards, boots, wet/muddy clothes belong in the SKI room.
10. Don’t leave garbage’s out on the porch. Wild animals will make a mess of it.

DEPARTURE:

We ask for your help in just a few ways:

1. Remove sheets from used beds and place on the floor in that room.
2. Remove your food from fridge, freezer and cupboards before leaving.
3. Empty all garbage's and put new garbage's bags in canisters. Rolls of bags are already in the bathroom canisters. Take ALL of your garbage with you when you leave. There are dumpsters on the main road (on the right side) as you head down the canyon as well as at the bottom of the canyon (on your left) that you can use. There are no garbage services in the canyon.
4. Wash all of the dirty dishes. You may use the dishwasher for plates, cups and silverware.
5. Turn all lights off (interior and exterior).
6. Close garage door.
7. Lock ALL exterior doors AND windows.

FOOD, SUPPLIES, FUEL:

There is a small grocery store in Beaver called “Mikes Food Town” as well as several gas stations where you can shop for groceries and other miscellaneous items. There aren’t any stores with groceries, gas or supplies up the canyon. However, there is a small gift shop in the lower lodge of Eagle Point and they have a few groceries/food items for purchase.

RESTAURANT:
Eagle Point Resort has a restaurant in their main lodge that is open seasonally. You can dine in or order out. You may view their menu on their website or use the QR code in the binder (at the cabin).
There is also a small grill in the upper lodge that is open during ski season.

Our family checked in Christmas afternoon and it was the perfect place to stay! This cabin looks beautiful in the pictures and it’s even better in person. Entire cabin is well stocked with lots of little extras and comfort items with so much attention to detail. Loved using the ski in ski out run off the back deck. Huge living room and dining area with plenty of space for a crowd. Great hosts and great communication. Having the driveway shoveled was a nice surprise and so appreciated! We’ll be back for sure! 10/10 any time of year!

To start let me tell you why we traveled to this party of southern / central utah. We were having a family reunion over the long memorial day weekend. This venue was top notch. It had everything we wanted for all ages. The space was great everyone had their own area for privacy, napping kids, fun and games, enjoying the outdoors, cooking, eating, even karaoke. All the appliances were there, no need to bring anything, bathrooms fully stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Parking was plenty for 4 vehicles. We used the grill for cooking an easy meal. We brought our own camp chairs and didn't need them. Plenty of seating. We loved the morning light and the evening sunset. Saw lots of wildlife, ventured to the nearby lakes for short hikes. Close enough to Beaver Golf Course to get in a few rounds. The internet was awesome to have, especially for a family member that had to work remotely one evening. I would highly recommend a stay at Summit Life. We hope to be back again.

The Summit Life Cabin is a beautiful place to stay. Home comforts are nestled minutes from hiking, off-road, gravel/road bike rides, and walks with the grandkids. Excellent for creating family dinners or relaxing on the deck. We plan to return next year once we settle on the dates.

This is our second visit to Summit Life cabin and it was another perfect trip! Fresh powder from a storm gave us epic boarding conditions once again. This house has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Thanks for all the fun!

Staying at this cabin during New Year was an awful experience for us. The cabin's living room and dining room are extremely small, and the listing's photos are very deceptive. We had to take turns to eat due to not enough space at the dining table. You can fit only about 5 people at the time in the living room. They don't even have 12 spoons, but the cabin is rentable to 12 people. We found dog p**p in the ski room upon our arrival and the outside grill was filthy, so we spent 1 hour cleaning it before we were able to use it. The coffee machine broke, and the host said she couldn't replace it during our stay due to cabin being in a remote location. We had to drive 3 hours back and forth to Cedar City and purchase one as all adults were coffee drinkers. On December 31 the water shut off for a few hours only to find out that they had an automatic system that turns the water off, that they forgot to cancel it while we were there. The communication with the host was very disappointing. Would not recommend this place.
