While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.brbr1. Parking ~ is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.brbr2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is than 10 guests.The main booker should be at least 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.brbr3. Pets ~ We allow 2 dogs maximum with a $105/dog cleaning fee. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400. Pet waste needs to be picked up with the proper waste bags.brbr4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.brbr5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed green/blue dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.brbr6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Our pool water gets HOT during the summer months, the only heater ON during the summer months is the good old SUN.brbr7. BBQ ~ We do not provide a BBQ pit. You are welcome to bring your own always following the local Fire Department Legal Ordinances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!brbr8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.brbrBlue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.brbrTowels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. When you're ready to be in the sun and by the waves, the public beach access is just a 2-minutes walk from the front door! Its central location puts you and your guests within walking distance to shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and much more, making it perfect for a family getaway, or a weekend retreat with friends! brbr2,363 Sq Ft. One bedroom down, two bedrooms up, all with ensuite full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with reverse osmosis drinking wate. Private Pool that is heated during winter months (Nov - Feb). Fully fenced backyard. 2-car garage for guests to use. brbrOur nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate your exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, our pool heater will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature.brbrThe first floor features a spacious kitchen, dining, living area, a half bath, and master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom.
