Dog-Friendly Home with Ocean Views! Directly Across from Beach!

The grass in the back yard was very overgrown and the kids could not play back there. The gas grill only had one burner that worked. And the only door that was locked was the front door, all other doors to get into the property were unlocked. Perfect distance to the beach.

SPI Rental staff were excellent. House I stayed in was spacious and clean. It was well-stocked with everything I needed. The water in the kitchen takes a long time to get hot. The yard really needs to be cleaned up. Everything else was fine and I am looking forward to staying there again next year. It's close to the beach and within walking distance to most restaurants.

We chose the house because it was close to the beach and because of the space, HOWEVER one room was so tiny it made you feel like you were in a cell.it didn’t seem that way in the pictures. One room was at the bottom, which is not stated on the listing. It states it can sleep 17, it can not.at best semi comfortable possibly 11. Restroom downstairs was dirty. The restroom upstairs smelled liked sewer.The house needs a lot of updating. The patio furniture was dirty so we couldn’t use it. There was no ice mallet. The check in process was a bit tedious after having to talk with someone at the office and explain we wouldn’t make it by 11pm our first night and the next morning we still had to show up in person at the office. Makes it so difficult to book. We only enjoyed being able to walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay. Tidy, organized, and comfortable. Maintenance responded quickly to our arrival requests for concerns we needed addressed. It made our stay on the island 10x better.

Great location, close to local grocery store, beach access right across the street. Easy check in and out. Great stay, would rent again!

Location location location!!!! You can see the ocean from the front balcony!! It has chairs and plenty of room!!! The back balcony has lounge chairs and plenty of room!!! Beach access was right across the street!!! Loved the outside shower!!! Plenty of parking!!! The garages has a propane grill and a charcoal grill They also have chairs and a wagon! This place is ready and set up for your family to feel right at home!! The home was clean and very comfortable!!! The kitchen was very large and stocked well with pots and pans!! Everything worked as it should!!! The 3 bathrooms were very nice,clean and stocked with towels!! The dining areas were great!!!! Plenty of room for our family!! This place was great and can't wait to stay again!!!

Place was in a great area with lots to do, walking distance to beach. Would recommend
