Very spacious and beautiful house!

Property is very clean, beds are terrific. 14 adults can stay and spread out inside. Large pool is terrific! If it had a bit of seating other than living room, I would give it a perfect 10. A chair in a couple bedrooms and gameroom where you can sit, read, check email, etc. and get away from the crowd would be ideal. But, by no means is it a deal breaker. Going to try to book same time next year. Thanks, Rick

Beautiful house! Well equipped and well stocked. Owners have thought of just about everyrhing including 2 high chairs. This was a blessing to our large party which included 3 infants. The 2 refrigerators in the kitchen the one in the garage and the 2 dishwashers are so useful for large parties!! Having king size beds in several rooms was amazing. Another plus: balconies on both sides of the house, and a large table to seat many people. One tip: if you are having trouble getting hot water in the shower, back it off full throttle to about 75%. That worked for us.Only issues: the dryer does not dry well. Several of the beds are more on the firm side. There's a liight from the blue house that shines into the upstairs master bedroom. Blackout curtains might be nice for those rooms.

The Host very responsive and very workable. She worked fast to fix anything that was not working for us. I loved how big the house was and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very nice property. Large rooms for a large group. Easy beach access and local grocer. Plenty of items to serve a large family. Confortable beds and pool/spa were great. Well maintained.

The house was very clean, the pool was awesome. There was no hot water for showers.

We had the best time here in South Padre Island!! The location was perfect for walking to the beach or restaurants and shops. Check in and out was easy and great communication with the host! The house was very nice! There were just a few things that affected our stay. When we checked in on a Friday, the pool was super cloudy, dirty and full of sand. According to the house rules, the pool is cleaned every Thursday. It clearly had not been done. This was resolved within a few hours but we couldn’t use it until the next day so that was a little let down. The door latch to the pool from the inside of the house was broken so everyone had to enter and exit through the bedroom. This was ok, but some were trying to sleep while others wanted to be in the pool. It made an awkward situation to be entering a room while someone is sleeping. Again the host communication was great, but they couldn’t get anyone in to fix it until Monday. So all weekend the early swimmers had to sneak through the bedroom. The only other issue we had was that the ovens weren’t clean when we got there. Someone had cooked and spilled in the bottom of one leaving a large sticky mess. The other oven smelled heavily of fish. The host was super receptive and sent someone to clean it right away. Our stay was amazing and we had a great time. The host was super responsive and helpful. The location is great and we would definitely stay here again. I did mark it down a star for the few issues though.

I booked this house for my husband and myself along with 6 other classmates and their spouses. The house was perfect! I loved it because it accommodated adults with king size beds in every room with the exception of the one room with bunkbeds. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was completely stocked with a coffee pot, and a Keurig. It had 2 ovens, two microwaves, a toaster oven, an airfrier, and even a designated toaster for gluten free bread. It was nice that the kitchen table was large enough for us all to sit around to eat and play games. I think our only issue was there was no pool cue chalk. Of course, we all made due. I

Everything was walking distance - the beach was only a block away, the grocery store 2 blocks, & the bars/restaurants 2-6 blocks..the pool & hot tub took a little warming up, but they were used multiple times daily once they did..the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was ideal..the layout & common areas were very spacious..the kitchen was well-stocked..was an overall great trip/experience with family & friends..THANKS!!

Four couples enjoyed a one week stay in this beautiful home from Feb. 22 to March 1. Everything was exactly as stated in the presentation. The weather was a little cool when we arrived, but once things warmed up, we enjoyed both pool and hot tub.

Our family of 22 spent the week together. There was enough room for everyone to do their own thing and also have multiple activities going on at once. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for making large meals.Very close to the beach, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to make it more than the first couple of days.Would definitely stay there again if we have another family gathering in South Padre.

We had a group of 9 friends and family. The gathering spaces worked out beautifully. House one of the best stocked we have ever rented. The home and pool area were well cared for and spotless. The location is perfect - could walk to beach, bay, grocery store and multiple restaurants/bars. Communication with Lyly was excellent. Highly Recommend.
