This unit has two separate suites at each end, each with its private bath, and a guest/kids bedroom in the middle, with the third bath that opens to the living room. brDirect access to unit from parking, No need to use elevator. Direct walk out to beach from Patio without walking pass other condo units! Walk out to Pool (communal)brIt has bright and calming decor, with a mirror wall on one side reflecting the beach view. Kitchen is good size, has all the appliances you would expect in any home. Condo was extensively remodeled before May 2018 with all new stainless appliances and stacked washer/dryer.
