Make Memories In our 3Bdr/2Ba Condo w/ beach views, beach gear, walkable dining

Becky was wonderful to work with, we had a couple of small issues come up with the unit and she took care of them very quickly and they did not effect our stay at all. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! The condo is exactly as shown, loved South Padre Island!!!

The place was great. Real close to the beach, super accessible and since it had private access to the beach it felt way less crowded.

My friends and I enjoyed our time at Mark and Becky’s condo. It’s updated and spacious! Absolutely love the kitchen!!The beach access from the building is very accessible. The ocean view is a little disrupted by other units but it’s still very scenic from the balcony. We hope to stay here again!

Your condo is the best. Beautiful beach view. Very nice kitchen, bedrooms, and baths. Perfect amenities. Short walk to the beach. Knowledgeable hosts. Our family had a great time.

Great location, easy access to the beach only steps away. Our family spent the whole day out on the beach but was able to come back to the condo if we forgot something in just minutes. Rooms are a good size, beds in 2 rooms are very comfortable, views in three different directions. Nice and quite not on the noisy side of the island. Great place to relax, enjoyed our stay!Things needing attention: Front door lock difficult to unlock with key provided in lockbox. Bed in Master is not comfortable, no complaints about the rest of the beds in the other rooms apparently they are super comfortable. No locks on the bathroom doors for privacy Cleanliness; Sand on the floors when we checked in, mold on shower and toilet in master. Towels smelled had to wash them, maybe smell because washer smells?

Beautiful property and great host. She called us to let us know about special events happening on the island during our stay. The kids enjoyed playing with the provided beach tous.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were at three couples plenty of room. The accommodations were spectacular. We came right after a large flood and everything was still very nice with Matt Becky in the elevator. She was super sweet and nice and very accommodating for our needs. I recommend this to any family

We loved our stay and will be back! The location is great and the condo was stocked for all our family needs!

Overall, we really loved this condo. It is right on the beach so you have quick and easy access. The pool was also wonderful for the kids. The only downside was that the condo is right next to the Holiday Inn Resort which played loud music until 2am every night for the Spring Break crowd. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Loved walking out straight to the beach. Everything in the room was as described. Pool and jacuzzi were great.

Everything about the stay was wonderful including our hosts. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is amazing! There were a few issues that came up during our stay and the host responded quickly and had them resolved early the next morning. These items were minor like needing a new air filter and a broken showerhead. It was amazing that they responded so fast and just wanted to make sure we were good with waiting until the morning. I believe they would have sent someone at night but since it was not urgent, we waited. We will for sure be back.

We had a great stay in this condo. The owners were great at communicating and let us know when the building had a water pressure issue one day. They actually live in the building and were super kind! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and nothing felt out of date. For those who have kids or just like to sit on the beach there was a good variety of beach stuff in the front closet. There were also options of games and puzzles to play. On the rare occasion we tried the bedroom tv, it was hit or miss if the internet worked. But as far as I know all the TVs were smart TVs. We had a large group with our family of 6 and my brother and sister in law staying there, but we all fit comfortably and when we had there rest of our family over from their condo to eat supper the 15 of us all had places to sit and eat between the bar stools, the table using the 4 chairs then pulling in the 2 from one of the bedrooms and then the couch and love seat. Overall, I would highly suggest this as a great place to stay

This place is amazing! The host is above par and was available and quick to answer any questions i had regarding their location. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home with a great view and super easy access to the beach!!! We had an amazing time. The location is equipped with everything you could need to make your vacation memorable and fun!!!

My family & I had a great time thank you for letting us vacation in your home. The beach ( mines the shark attack) & pool were nice . We enjoyed our stay looking forward to next years vacation.

Our family, kids 12 and 13, stayed for a wonderful 5 days. The condo was within walking distance to a beach, and the condo has a few chairs, toys, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen is also well-stocked, and the showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Only downside is the adjacent property plays loud music at their bar late into the night, so our kids used a white noise app to drown out the music and sleep! We also got to watch a SpaceX launch while there, just a short walk down the beach. Definitely recommend.
