In the afternoon, watch the sunset over the entire island from your 9th floor balcony. brbrThe bedroom features a queen bed with a new firm pillow top mattress covered in Egyptian cotton sheets. The queen bed is slightly raised for under bed luggage storage. In the living room, enjoy 2 Sofa sleepers. The full size kitchen is fully stocked. All kitchen items are monitored and replaced as needed.brbrFree parking and Free WIFI. The router is in the bedroom and the name and password are on teh back of the router. The cable TV is provided by the building. brbrCleaning procedures br- All linen, duvets, towels, bedding, pillows, etc are removed from the condo and not used for about a week. We have 2 sets of everything. All sheets are washed with Clorox and use high heat washing and drying for sanitizing. Because of health reasons, extra linen is not provided or left in the condo. Please let us know if you will need linen for the fold-out couches before arrival.brbrbrCheck in - When you arrive, come to the front desk in the middle of the building. For after hours, you can call the phone number on the front of the office and they can come check you in. Or you can proceed to your room and get you checkin in the morning. This is an advantage because during peak season, the vast majority of traffic turns to the North. You will avoid traffic when entering and leaving the island. For Tesla EV owners, there are two SuperChargers located at the Holiday Inn Resort which is adjacent to the Sea Vista complex. Padre Blvd, the city's main drag, is easily and quickly reached from the complex. You'll be close to great restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Fun and unique rental vehicles are available for touring the island. Island Metro is a FREE public transportation service that operates within the City of South Padre Island and Port Isabel.
